I’ve been working on this new skill combo and so far it’s been giving me good results. It has flair and looks cool when pulled off in game. Tap the Dash button, then quickly drag your Joystick in the opposite direction of where your player is facing. (So if you are facing Right you want to drag your joystick immediately Left.) Then immediately cancel it into a Stunning Fake Shot. Then quickly double tap the joystick to cancel the Stunning Fake Shot into a Quick Stop. You can also drag the joystick in any direction at the end if you want to keep your momentum going instead of doing a Quick Stop command.

You can also draw it on your wrist tape, on your glove or wherever you’d like to. Step 2: After an error, take off your hat and take a deep breath while pressing the reset button. This will help you gain control and stop any downward spiral from starting. Step 3: Take control of your self-talk by repeating “hit the next ball to me, I will make this play”. This may be the most important part of it all. Know that it’s all about having a routine to go to, not if, but WHEN adversity comes your way. So, the next time you inevitably fall short of your expectations, utilize this Reset Routine and you’ll be ready to make the next play.

In-Season, your job is simple, do what is asked of you and do it to the best of your ability. On great teams, great coaches help players become stars in their role, on bad teams, coaches don’t define roles or don’t help players maximize their role. No matter what situation a player is in, lock in on starting in your role, then put in extra work in season and in the off season to expand that role!
