Unpopular opinion in carnivore spaces: Ribeyes aren't that big of a deal. I've eaten 8 of them. Cooked different ways. Were they good? Yes. Were they a holy grail, die-on-this-hill, refinance-your-house experience? No. I genuinely do not taste a dramatic difference that justifies $17.99 a pound. I'm sorry. I really don't.
