This is what the new experience (if you're gated in, update >= 2.1.74) will look like: To pick up the work locally, you can /resume from them same directory. We're working on making this process even better. We've also continued to make stability improvements!

Can you make this even simpler? Where Claude Code knows all the different projects you've been working on. It knows the folders and locations, so it just stores those, and you can click into which project you want to work in, either the whole computer or a specific folder, and it just spawns up that project. Then, it asks you "Do you want to resume a session that you were previously working on? Or do you want to start a new session?"

Tens of times a day I create my md prompts for a feature, often splitting prompts then copy/paste into Claude code. Can your Chat team give me an action button to ‘send’ to Claude Code in a new session and specify the project/branch please? 🙏🙏🙏

You have to run it in server mode. claude remote-control

Found the issue. `claude` on my pc was an alias to `claude --dangerously-skip-permissions` Asked Claude to harden it, and it replaced my alias with a function

This is not a feature. It is a mental model shift. Claude Code sessions as persistent services you connect to from any device, not local tools you open. The IDE becoming infrastructure. Spawn, go live your life, reconnect from your phone.

Given that works like a server awaiting for coming session, I think you can incorporate that directly to the "new session", streamline it to be just like another cloud target

your laptop as a headless server you check in on from your phone. this is a different thing.

PLEASE double down on that 1. Claude Mobile has a great mobile experience 2. My machine has: POWER (macOS, hard to find on cloud) and AUTH to external services through my real development machine. I HAD to work on something similar, happy you are doing it already
