On today's show I delivered what I'm sure is one of my least popular takes: I don't think Congress should be investigating sexual misconduct allegations against members. We have the courts for this sort of thing. If someone thinks they were hurt by a member, they should bring criminal charges, sue, or go to the press. These shadowy tribunals are a mistake at universities and in the corporate world, and the same goes for Congress (especially with settlements financed by taxpayers).
