I again ask: What process is due that he hasn’t already received? Will anyone from @CNN ask? He went through immigration court and has a removal order… the only mistake was that he had a withholding order on deportation to his country of origin due to fear from a “rival” gang (weird huh), but he was never allowed to stay. So they want him brought back and deported again? Why?

We can’t just kill indiscriminately because we are not at war. It’s summary execution! Everyone gets a trial because sometimes, the system gets it wrong. Even the worst of the worst in our country get due process. The bottom line is that execution without process is not justice, and blowing up foreign ships is a recipe for chaos.
