Wrong, US CITIZENS have due process. Charged illegals and ALL who have been determined to have entered this nation unlawfully have no right to rights afforded to citizens of the USA.

Raskin’s sudden concern for due process is rich coming from a party that cheered for secret FISA courts, censorship, and weaponized agencies. Where was this energy when Americans were being silenced, raided, or canceled for their beliefs? Selective outrage doesn’t cut it anymore.

I again ask: What process is due that he hasn’t already received? Will anyone from @CNN ask? He went through immigration court and has a removal order… the only mistake was that he had a withholding order on deportation to his country of origin due to fear from a “rival” gang (weird huh), but he was never allowed to stay. So they want him brought back and deported again? Why?

These dumbasses are trying to convince even dumber asses that "due process" means "keep it in the courts until you get the outcome you want." Dumbasses. That's not "due process"
