Exactly right. People harping about “replacement theology” don’t seem to fully comprehend the centrality of the doctrine of union with Christ in the NT.

He doesn't know what he's talking about. God sees all people as equal but not all have the same authority to carry it out His purpose. That's why in Rev 7 the 144,000 Jews from all the tribes of Israel are sealed and protected in the end times whilst those in white robes in heaven endured the Great Tribulation.
