I'm trying to think of every logical explanation for why she would do this and this is my only explanation: They are losing by a decent margin and are at the point of desperation. I think Rogan would be fair but the whole handing out questions before the interview starts thing isn't going to be happening.

I would tamper down your expectations. This isn't a "debate" It's a platform where Rogan will ask questions. It will, however, likely be her most challenging interview because Rogan will challenge ideas with follow-ups, something she's not used to.

If Rogan hosts Kamala before Trump, I think he’s an enemy. We’ve begged him for years to host Trump and now it’s looking like he will but it’s taken too long. 🙄

What? He doesn't owe any candidate anything. He is his own brand. He can do whatever he wants.

Rogan is just a long format conversation and I just can’t see her being able to have a 2 hour conversation about all sorts of different topics. It will seriously be cringe.

Rogan will be fair, especially if he is interviewing both candidates. But oftentimes, "fair" is a bad thing for Kamala because that means she will be asked questions that weren't prepared by her team.
