I think we focusing on a wrong thing in this country, We are focusing on things that don’t matter, We don’t need more religious houses, We need infrastructure that will benefit the society, Like modern health facilities, our school facilities being well equipped, religious Leaders build a large religious houses instead of good health care systems, the take their families abroad for medical treatment, Note:- I know government are to be blamed, but religious leaders should also receive part of the blame.

Northern politicians have destroyed the North out of greed and cowardice. For northern Nigeria to survive and progress, they must first abolish the Almajiri school system and make education compulsory from primary to secondary level and even up to university before venturing into Islamic education. If we are forced to remain together in one Nigeria with the current attitude of northern politicians and religious leaders, Nigeria will never achieve anything in the future.

The Religious Workforce Protection Act I introduced with Senators Tim Kaine and Jim Risch would allow lawfully present religious workers with R-1 visas to remain in the U.S. while awaiting a decision from the Department of Homeland Security on their EB-4 permanent visa applications. If this issue is not addressed, religious organizations in Maine and throughout the U.S. will continue to lose beloved pastors, priests, rabbis, and other religious workers who lead and support their congregations and communities.

Some of the remarks made by H.E. Abdulkadir Ahmed Aw-Ali (Firdhiye), President of Northern Eastern Region State of Somalia, during the Heritage Institute forum conference of today at Dhusamareb, Galmudug State of Somalia. President Firdhiye emphasized that the political and security crisis is caused by secessionist groups, not by the people of the entire northern region. Some inaccuracies in the statements made by speakers at the conference were corrected regarding the "Northern Region (Somaliland)" in that the territories that were unionists, like Northern East, were aware of the dangers of secession very early in 1991 itself. Since then, the people in these areas have labored assiduously for the establishment of governance structures and against the secessionist constituents in reconciliation and political conferences such as Boocame I and II in early 1993. President Firdhiye admitted the damage inflicted on the secessionist areas by the previous central government but emphasized that these are not victims of the Somali people. On the contrary, they are victims of a flawed system of governance, which in any case has affected to the whole of Somali people. He also added that he is a victim of this secessionists project. He cited the barbaric and indiscriminate attacks committed in Laascaanood in 2023. President Firdhiye made it very clear that the sovereignty and existence of Somalia are not in danger, but already badly affected and need joint efforts for their reinstatement. #somalia #National #unity
