At approximately 0430 local time, a Uhaul truck attempted to breach the main gate at the Alameda, California US Coast Guard installation (opposite side of the bay from San Fransisco) and security guards (haven't seen which agency reported) opened fire on the driver. This site has had large groups of protesters outside this gate for weeks as it's being used as a staging area for ICE and DHS personnel.
