We really need to clean up the language for Drone, ROV and robot. To me, Drone by definition means it can operate on it's own, ROV is defined in the name, Robot and Drone would seem to be similar.
This doesn't look like a Russian drone boat no detonation it's silhouette doesn't match Russian sea drones. Also Russian sea drones have barely been used so far Russia decided air drones were better they just use Geran in most situations this looks like a target vessel for hype.
