#TDPFakeNewsFactory TDP Leader tore Wife’s clothes to Malign YSRCP MLA, Video exposes the Truth A shocking video from Chippagiri has exposed the TDP’s conspiracy to frame Alur YSRCP MLA Virupakshi. Virupakshi, a democratically elected BC leader, went to Nemakallu only after a YSRCP worker called him seeking protection. Instead of acting against the attackers, the police booked the MLA on the false claim that he assaulted a Dalit woman and tore her clothes. The viral video exposes an even more shocking truth: the police were present at the very spot when TDP leader Nagaraju himself tore his wife’s clothes and used her to lodge a false complaint against the MLA. The same police later accepted the fabricated complaint, raided the MLA’s residence at around 3 a.m., broke open the doors, seized the CCTV hard disks and arrested Virupakshi and his son. Is this how an elected public representative is treated in a democracy? The police witnessed the truth, protected the conspirators and then arrested the victim. Is this policing, or political servitude? This is Chandrababu Naidu’s Red Book rule in its ugliest form, protection for attackers, false cases against victims and midnight raids on an elected Opposition MLA. This episode is a scar on democracy, the Constitution and the rule of law. Withdraw the fabricated cases, release MLA Virupakshi and the arrested YSRCP workers immediately, and take action against Nagaraju and every official who participated in this conspiracy. TDP deliberately stalled the short discussion on the T.T.D. Laddu Prasadam issue in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council and ensured that the debate did not take place. By creating disruptions and preventing a full discussion, the ruling party avoided accountability on a matter of public importance. The Council had officially listed the short discussion on the Tirumala Laddu issue in its agenda. After Question Hour, the Chairman announced the commencement of the discussion and gave the first opportunity to the opposition. YSRCP MLC P. Chandrashekar Reddy started the discussion and began raising points on the issue. Immediately, TDP ministers and MLCs created a hue and cry in the House. They objected and insisted that the Endowments Minister would first make a statement. The Chairman clearly ruled that there was no need to read out any statement during a short discussion. Despite this, TDP members continued their unruly behavior and did not allow P. Chandrashekar Reddy to continue his speech. Due to the repeated disruptions, the Chairman was forced to postpone the discussion to the next day. By blocking the debate, TDP demonstrated its unwillingness to face a transparent discussion on the Tirumala Laddu issue. High Court expresses concern over magistrate conduct in Turaka Kishore case Bench questions legality of remand and police procedure Amaravati, August 4: The Andhra Pradesh High Court has raised serious concerns regarding the conduct of magistrates in remand procedures, while hearing a habeas corpus petition filed in the case of former Macherla Municipal Chairman Turaka Kishore. During the proceedings, the bench made sharp observations, stating that magistrates appear to be acting without due scrutiny. Referring to Turaka Kishore’s remand, the court remarked that the magistrate had ordered remand with closed eyes, without verifying whether legal norms were followed. The court candidly admitted that it has failed in properly training magistrates and termed it as its own institutional shortcoming. It also questioned the urgency shown in arresting Kishore in connection with an incident that occurred three years ago. The bench pointed out that police are not following legal procedures, and such actions raise serious doubts about due process. When the Additional Advocate General (AAG) declined to accept certain documents during the hearing, the court expressed strong displeasure over his conduct. The case of Turaka Kishore has drawn further attention due to the series of legal actions taken against him after the coalition government came to power. He has been booked in 15 different cases, and despite being granted bail in one, he is repeatedly arrested in another. Most recently, after being released from court, he was taken into custody again right outside the jail premises in connection with a fresh case. #CBNFailedCM #SadistChandraBabu The Wire NDTV IndiaToday Times Algebra The Times Of India TIMES NOW ANI BBC News India Firstpost News18 BBC Breaking News ABP News News18 India ThePrintIndia The Hindu The Indian Express Deccan Chronicle Press Trust of India WION Rajdeep Sardesai Uma Sudhir Rohini Singh ravish ndtv barkha dutt Sagarika Ghose Rahul Kanwal Shekhar Gupta TheNewsMinute Republic South First Hindustan Times Dainik Jagran Scroll.in Zee News Economic Times The New Indian Express

🚨 Exposed 🚨 Om Namo Venkatesaya 🙏🏻 N Chandrababu Naidu's recent claims that former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy garu tried to "reduce" them to "two hills" and allowed non-Hindu propagation are baseless & hypocritical. The reality is, in 2007, YSR's govt issued GO No. 746 (June 2), officially declaring the entire Tirumala Divya Kshetram as comprising all seven sacred hills (Seshadri, Garudadri, Venkatadri, Narayanadri, Vrishabhadri, Vrishadri, Anjanadri) from foothills on all sides, placing them fully under TTD control to protect Hindu sanctity. GO No. 747 (June 2) banned propagation/preaching of non-Hindu religions in TTD premises & 19 associated temples, safeguarding the exclusively Hindu character & devotional atmosphere. These were protective measures by YSR for the Sacred Hindu Sanctity. Yet in the 2009 elections, then opposition leader Chandrababu Naidu criticised these GOs & promised to cancel them, reportedly in speeches appealing to minorities. Old videos now viral expose the double standards. Facts protect Tirumala's heritage, not politics. #SaveTirumalaFromTDP The Wire NDTV IndiaToday Akash Anand The Times Of India TIMES NOW ANI BBC News India Firstpost News18 BBC Breaking News ABP News News18 India ThePrintIndia The Hindu The Indian Express Deccan Chronicle Press Trust of India WION Rajdeep Sardesai Uma Sudhir Rohini Singh ravish ndtv barkha dutt Sagarika Ghose Rahul Kanwal Shekhar Gupta TheNewsMinute Republic South First Hindustan Times Dainik Jagran Scroll.in Zee News Economic Times The New Indian Express
