Peppard played a shit very well.

The aircraft are amazing. Peppard’s best movie, Ursula never looked better and Mason was suitably sinister and conniving. The book is also very good.

It’s refreshing to see the dogfights again with true non-cgi motion, pacing and frame rates instead of the arcade like over speeded aerial sequences that all, and I mean all, CGI aviation movies have these days.

Yes. Fantastic flick. And, genuinely, one of the all-time great scores. Almost criminal Jerry didn’t win the Oscar for it.

Red Baron (2008) a must watch. Fantastic flight battles, fairly in depth portrayals of the "Flying Circus".
