Modder Keff0 says the fight was supposed to happen in Chapter 5, in the castle’s outer courtyard after the garden. The opening cutscene is still in the game files and shows Pesanta stopping Ada at the north door before the fight starts. 👀 There’s more left from the fight in the files. Pesanta has data for three phases, changing at 70% and 30% health, as well as his stagger resistance for this part of the game. But the fight itself and its ending were cut. Keff0 recreated the fight and put it back into Chapter 5. The mod uses the original cutscene and phase data, while Keff0 recreated everything that was missing, including the fight itself, lighting and fog, blue fires around the garden, boss music, and an ending cutscene.
