Returning to full stack Starship. Never going to get bored by huge mechanical chopsticks picking up a large Ship and planting it on the booster. PS They will still need to do another short destack to arm the FTS, but that is usually very close to the launch date.

Kudos to the drone crew for braving the potential kaboom which never came to get amazing up-close live views!

If you’ve never been to Starbase for a launch, you may not know just how close you can be to the largest rocket in history just hours before it launches … there is nothing else like this anywhere in the world! Waiting for a new launch date … currently NET 20 July, but this could and likely will change so watch for the official SpaceX announcement.

Nice views of the launch suite, another deluge system test, a walk around the Starfactory & views into the Gigabay which is well into construction. So, what is coming up? After midnight tonight, expect both Booster 19 and Ship 39 to depart the production site for the launch pad and then stacking the ship onto the booster ahead of a planned Wet Dress Rehearsal (WDR) tomorrow. Both the Ship and Booster already have the FTS installed and the ship is loaded with the payload (20 Starlink Simulators and 2 More with reaction wheels and cameras) so if all goes well with the WDR tomorrow, they wont need to de-stack and can go right into prep for Wednesday launch attempt, which is currently planned for 20 May at 5:30 PM CST. So, the next 48 hours should have plenty of activity here at Starbase! Hoping for good luck for the Starship team!
