Reunion with the wrong "pets"

My 85 pound dog does this to me and it's difficult to get out of that hold. Can't imagine the power those cats have.

It's a truly wonderful thing to see. They clearly love her dearly so she did an amazing job bringing them up. Just one thing though... What exactly is this as that fence ain't keeping those two in, no ways. They can jump that in a second and then what....?
