It’s been awhile since I’ve been actively posting on X, so thought I would reintroduce myself for old audiences, and new :) I’m Alex, but everyone knows me as Wheelsy. I’m a 22 year-old content creator with a passion for Tottenham Hotspur. I was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at a young age, making me a wheelchair user for all of my life. My goal on this platform is to show others that whether you’re able-bodied, or disabled, everyone can enjoy sport. I take my disabilities with a pinch of salt, and with a light-hearted manner; so you are more than welcome to make a joke or two! See what I did there? Creating a second step to view the content you desire is annoying, isn’t it? Give it a couple hours and look at the impressions of the first post versus this one. People are deterred by inconvenience. It is my opinion that users will gravitate to these platforms where the live reaction default is already in place. A two-click process to change the default settings seems quite simple, something I did myself the moment I noticed the deployment, but not everyone’s social media habits are the same and this task could very-well pose enough of an obstacle to direct a user to Reddit, YouTube, Twitch, or any other network prioritizing live content instead. Simplicity is never overrated, especially with attention span sizes in 2025. Once enough of these users leave, X is no longer the unique utility platform that it once was nor will it have the communities living here who utilized it. Niche communities won’t just suddenly leave overnight, they will move on in silence after drowning in apathy. The remaining content on here will be presented by popularity, similar to Instagram, and transmitted by algorithmic recommendations. Some people prefer it that way, and god bless you! I’m not trying to tell you what you should/shouldn’t like, more so speaking as an early-stage user who has been creating content on this platform regularly since 2009, seen CEOs/ownership groups come and go, the timeline reformat hundreds of times, worked with previous employees closely to optimize user experience, and wants to see it evolve. For that to happen: X needs to always be the live microblogging hub of the world. No matter what bullshit has happened on here or to the site, Twitter/X’s live utility was ALWAYS the business’ cornerstone. As long as it had this market cornered, it would survive its growing pains. So if you’ve made it this far, and have some sort of influence over the UX here, I am hoping you consider just one minor revert to retain the site’s influence: change the ‘Following’ tab default back to ‘Most recent’ from ‘Popular’. You don’t even need to delete the new option, but removing this additional click hurdle will go a long way in preserving what makes this place so intriguing. Until then, here is a video of my dog Skip sleeping to entice the algorithm to consider this content ‘Popular’.

This was a video of Kit I had animated with Atlabs AI in the past. I feel a bit more comfortable showing it because I have something better with similar scenes but extended, that I plan on posting later. Kit Bodega is obviously going through muscle growth here. Kit is owned by the maker of Gameoverse Rubber Ross. I really should have put Kit's arms were mechanical but oh well... Not much else that should be said, the new version that I plan on posting later has me considering a couple of ideas on how I can attempt MG content going forward. A link for the Atlabs website will be in the comments. If you have an atlabs account I hope the video I show on what models I use for my content helps you. Sorry for pushing the video creation back for September but I hope if you get adequate information it will be worth the wait. I also hope it gets some of you considering trying atlabs for Ai animations. Today was milestone for me that was a long time coming as I finally was able to tour Giga Berlin along with three of the original drone pilots that showed the world the factory as it began it’s construction back in early 2020 all the way to present day as a world-class & mature factory. Tobias Lindh has been providing ground & drone views for over 6 1/2 years, from the very beginning, with the first tree removal necessary for the earthwork for the foundation to get underway & then construction of the factory proper. He continues to provide us coverage of the factory & inspired me to try to cover Giga Texas way back in 2020. The Wolfpack Berlin - Robert & Andreas brothers Andreas & Robert also began covering Giga Berlin from the very beginning & featured well edited and beautiful cinematic drone flights over the factory for the first several years. They also inspired me to improve how I flew my drone and edited my videos. Together, Tobias, Andreas & Robert played an important role informing a world-wide audience of the progress of the factory. We had a great tour of the factory, along with Tesla Welt - german Podcast about Tesla, werk.lab & PIT HOSTΞTTLΞR 🇨🇭 , seeing much of the operation of Giga Berlin & I benefitted by getting insights & observations from the three drone operators that literally have watch everything arrive, be installed and put into operation over the past 6+ years. I did individual interviews with each of them and those will be coming out soon! For now, here are a few teasers & photos of us in the factory. Thanks to Tesla & lifeatgigaberlin for meeting with us and giving us a great tour!

This weekend my dream came into fruition. And it still doesn’t feel real… I started Earnit Media in late 2023. There were many times when I did the weekly calls completely by myself, nobody would join. I’d sit there for an hour just hoping to hear the Discord join sound. Now I just hosted an irl meet up in Gdańsk with 18 members who’ve flown from all over the world. Shoutout DiPi for getting a 16 hour flight all the way from California. The power of the internet is wild and the opportunities YouTube and short form content have provided is a real blessing. I gave out awards for members that passed milestones like $10K and $100K since joining Earnit and seeing the amount of lives my community has changed in person is an indescribable feeling. The members also got me and my right hand man Ben a very special gift. A custom Earnit belt that was signed by all of them. I’ve been sleeping with it wrapped around my shoulder. It was so cool to see everyone sharing sauce and motivating each other. It doesn’t matter if you’re making 1K, 5K, 10K, 30K a month - everybody benefited from the conversations and provided value. It’s taken a long time to build such a supportive community but man was the effort worth it. I come from a small English town where nobody works online, let alone does YouTube. So to be able to meet like-minded people who understand exactly what you do, have the same sense of urgency + ambition is a rarity and is key for growth. I have no doubt that so many of us are gonna be lifelong friends. I keep telling myself that I’m so grateful and lucky to have been able to do this because I truly have been blessed with the cards life has dealt me and the path I’ve been put on. I strongly believe my purpose is to change peoples lives in a positive way, so to be told that I’ve done that in person by several people has made me realize that I’m executing my mission well. This will be a long read, but I truly hope it inspires someone. I only wish I had kept more memories honestly… Today marks one year since I moved into my own home after squatting with a family friend for two years. That period remains one of the greatest favors I have ever received in my life. They didn’t take me in as a stranger they welcomed me as a daughter, treated me as one, and even now, here in Abuja, they are my family. Today, I live in a solid two-bedroom flat in Abuja, fully furnished to my taste. I’m living a life I once only prayed for, eating well, living well all courtesy of design and Web3. This same skill once earned me ₦2,000… ₦5,000. I can never forget messaging almost every contact on my WhatsApp, begging them to let me design for free. I went from business to business around my school area, offering free designs. I even designed my school handbook for free just to put myself out there. With this same skill, I met people I once admired from afar. I was willing to design for free just to earn a tag, a shout-out, and the visibility I desperately needed. There were times I slept in school just to use the school Wi-Fi to watch YouTube tutorials, especially from Mez Graphics. Sleeping in school became a lifestyle and it came at a cost. My health suffered deeply. I went through serious health crises because I couldn’t afford medication. Home was tough. Really tough. While others slept like humans, for four years in school I averaged two hours of sleep daily, juggling academics and survival. My health paid the price. I developed growths in both eyes that now require surgery, and my eyesight deteriorated so badly that I can’t function without my glasses. Yet today, this same skill has elevated my family. From living in a single room with five kids in a rented apartment, to my mum bring a landlord. A woman who used to fall sick frequently now lives healthier, eats whatever she wants, and glows differently. Poverty truly stinks but grace changed our story. The store she owns today? Courtesy of this skill and Web3. Every property I own my store, my home, everything came through design and Web3. This same skill funds my lifestyle. This same skill, backed by God, has elevated me beyond words. I could go on and on… This is me telling someone inspiring someone not to give up on that skill you have, no matter what it is, especially as a creative. Another IG distribution update that you totally didn’t ask for. It’s been about 5 days since I started putting serious effort into content and paid ad distribution for JKIndex.io. The IG account went from around 7 followers to 40. Obviously still tiny numbers, but nearly 6x in five days. Instagram is one of the channels I specifically called out in my JK distribution thesis because collectors are already doing the exact thing JK Index is built around there. It also probably explains why this content hasn’t done nearly as well here on X. There just isn’t the same concentration of grading specific content and communities here that already exists on Instagram and Reddit. On IG, some people post guess the grade content. Others crack slabs and regrade cards. Others rip packs and ask what a potential hit could grade. > People watch > Call PSA 8, 9 or 10 in the comments > Debate over it > Sometimes return later for the grade reveal This is already an event. In a loose sense, it is already a market. It just doesn’t have a surface. 1⃣ There’s no lasting record of who actually knows how to grade. 2⃣ Hundreds of opinions never become a market price. 3⃣ The owner still has no way to protect themselves if the 10 they expected comes back a 9. That’s what Before the Slab is being built around. None of this behavior depends on JK Index existing. That’s what makes it interesting. Collectors are already doing it every day. Anyway, back to the numbers, because they at least give us something concrete. Over the latest IG reporting window, the JK Index IG had: > 29,238 views from 20,959 viewers > 99.5% of those views came from non followers > 373 interactions > 511 profile visits More importantly, since I refactored /preview a few days ago so people could play without creating an account, 262 unique guest sessions have landed on the page. 249 of them arrived with UTMs. Only 8 started a run and 5 completed one though. Regardless, finally reaching the audience I thought I could reach. Now the problem of moving them from watching someone guess a grade on Instagram to making the call themselves on JK Index. The GTM agency I hired also started this week, so I’m excited to see what we learn and whether we can actually move those numbers. The Hidden Blade is mainly used for stealth take-downs ✅No present day segments. I was informed that it will be replaced with new moments that explore Edward’s past with his wife, along with some “what if” scenarios like Edward siding with the Templars, for example, likely related to Juno’s involvement in the original narrative 📜Thoughts: While the demo I played featured only a portion of the map, Resynced has potential to replace the original as the definitive experience of Edward Kenway’s story I also wasn’t able to experience any of Rifts that replace the modern day, so for me, as a fan of the series’ lore and present day since 2007, the absence of a traditional modern day is the only let down that prevents me from fully replacing the original with it, as present day and sci-do elements are the DNA of the franchise and what makes it stand out It would also be great if mission replay is added later, a feature the OG had by default, like its predecessors That said, everything else very much elevated what was in the original, which made going back to replay it show how dated it feels by comparison I look forward to the final game, and to see future games inherit this formula of a defined protagonist, focused progression and no RPG elements😎

I think I've stumbled onto the future of building startups. It wasn't supposed to happen this way. It's 2 AM. I'm editing a podcast, questioning every life decision that led me here. I've already burned through hundreds of thousands on this thing since 2021. Zero monetization. Just burning cash. My business partner's probably thinking I've lost it. We're juggling 6 businesses, and here I am, playing wannabe Joe Rogan. Then it hit me. Not during the podcast. In the darn comments section. I start sorting comments by "contains question" using this AI creator tool called VidIQ. "How do you validate ideas?" "What tools do you use?" "Can you dive deeper on XYZ topic?" These questions keep popping up. Over and over. That's when the lightbulb went off. What if I could turn this into a lead magnet machine? Find questions. Answer them with free stuff. Rinse. Repeat. I team up with Design Scientist to crank out 2 lead magnets a month. (Tried doing it myself first. But it was hard lol) We start pumping out things like "6 Tools I Use to Find Startup Ideas." Suddenly, I'm drowning in subscribers. 10,000 to 20,000 a month. On autopilot. Now, you're probably thinking, "Cool story, bro. But how's this a big idea?" Clarity of what to build is probably one of the most valuable ways to build products people want. You have to understand a niche's problem better than they even know them. Problem: what's the roadblock keeping founders stuck? Segment: group these founders by their specific obstacles. Product: build the bridge that gets them over their hurdle. I use ConvertKit like a scalpel, dissecting these segments. Not by age or location. By the problems they're desperate to solve. Suddenly, I'm staring at a treasure map of founder pain points. And that's when you can build startups to solve their problems. Instead of being a lead factory, you become a startup factory. You use tools like v0/replit/cursor to prototype like a madman. And it makes your life less stressful as a founder. Because you know people are lined up to buy the products. I'm so convinced this is the future of startup building, I've bet $1M+ of my own cash on it. Building startups to solve people's problems. And cool part is this blueprint can be replicated in any niche. The best SaaS ideas aren't in some Silicon Valley incubator. They're hiding in your "free" content. Think of it like this (Isenberg's formula?): (Engaged Audience) x (Targeted Lead Magnets) x (Problem-Centric Segmentation) = Product-Market Fit on Demand Here's the step-by-step: 1. Use AI/software to categorize every single audience interaction by problem type. Build a heat map of pain points. 2. Create ultra-specific lead magnets for each major problem cluster. Think "5-Step Framework for Validating SaaS Ideas" not "Generic Startup Guide". I also use free communities as lead magnets. 3. Forget demographics. Segment by the problem they're trying to solve. Use ConvertKit to build dynamic segments that would make Zuck jealous. 4. Use AI to build rapid prototypes for top problem clusters. Test with your segmented lists for instant feedback. Thanks to Michael Strong Michael Strong for showing the way here and helping our family wield this proven, powerful, free educational (and relationship building) too. Shout out to Socrates, too. I will be sharing clips and links to the YouTube page that Michael and my now 12 year old daughter have been building since Alana was 3.5 demonstrating the what, why, how, and IMPACT of Socratic dialogue. Here is the Michael-Alana YT, and a recent representative clip is attached. 2. *Early Childhood Literacy*. If you are unaware, literacy levels in the USA are deplorable. The 'reading gap' is an active tragedy mentally crippling more than half of the young people in America. As a parent to be I was determined my child would be a a strong and early reader. Drawing upon my time as a volunteer reading tutor to 4th and 5th graders (!!) In San Diego, I composed alternate lyrics to the ABC song about how to read (the mechanics of reading), dubbed 'The Secind Verse to the ABCs.' My wife and I sang this verse to our children as often or more than any other kids song. We sincerely believe the 'Second Verse' strongly contributed to our children reading and comprehending chapter books by age 4. Reading well at a young age opened the world for them, as it did for me as a child. Almost nothing matters more than fostering a love of learning and strong reading skills at a young age. I hope you will sing and widely share the Second Verse. A few years ago I published a children's book of the same title featuring child-led Socratic dialogue to teach reading, and I will be sharing that as well (foreword by Mark Victor Hansen -- ty again Sir -- and afterword by Michael Strong). A soft cover version is available on Amazon and I have a couple hundred original hardcovers available too (DM me if interested). In the meantime, teach and sing the Second Verse to children! 3. *Healthy Kids Food". We raised children whose default is enjoy healthy foods including liver and sardines. I'll be sharing some of what worked for us. And yes I am anti-goldfish. Finally, don't forget that strollers (and mental strollers aka tablets) are suboptimal and deprive children of an enormous amount of invaluable time in the stream of life. Abandon them! GM. #NoStrollers parenting has been the focus of this page and will remain so but going forward I will be adding several other parenting foci that have had profoundly positive and important impacts on my children and family. 1. Socratic dialogue. Thanks to Michael Strong Michael Strong for showing the way here and helping our family wield this proven, powerful, free educational (and relationship building) too. Shout out to Socrates, too. I will be sharing clips and links to the YouTube page that Michael and my now 12 year old daughter have been building since Alana was 3.5 demonstrating the what, why, how, and IMPACT of Socratic dialogue. Here is the Michael-Alana YT, and a recent representative clip is attached. 2. Early Childhood Literacy. If you are unaware, literacy levels in the USA are deplorable. The 'reading gap' is an active tragedy mentally crippling more than half of the young people in America. As a parent to be I was determined my child would be a a strong and early reader. Drawing upon my time as a volunteer reading tutor to 4th and 5th graders (!!) In San Diego, I composed alternate lyrics to the ABC song about how to read (the mechanics of reading), dubbed 'The Secind Verse to the ABCs.' My wife and I sang this verse to our children as often or more than any other kids song. We sincerely believe the 'Second Verse' strongly contributed to our children reading and comprehending chapter books by age 4. Reading well at a young age opened the world for them, as it did for me as a child. Almost nothing matters more than fostering a love of learning and strong reading skills at a young age. I hope you will sing and widely share the Second Verse. A few years ago I published a children's book of the same title featuring child-led Socratic dialogue to teach reading, and I will be sharing that as well (foreword by Mark Victor Hansen -- ty again Sir -- and afterword by Michael Strong). A soft cover version is available on Amazon and I have a couple hundred original hardcovers available too (DM me if interested). In the meantime, teach and sing the Second Verse to children! 3. *Healthy Kids Food". We raised children whose default is enjoy healthy foods including liver and sardines. I'll be sharing some of what worked for us. And yes I am anti-goldfish. Finally, don't forget that strollers (and mental strollers aka tablets) are suboptimal and deprive children of an enormous amount of invaluable time in the stream of life. Abandon them! For the past few weeks I’ve been teaching 50+ kids how to create their own games with AI. The results have been incredible 🤯 I started with my 5 y/o nephew because I was worried about him spending hours doomscrolling and consuming brainrot content. He built his first game using v0, though I had to walk him through each step. Watching kids interact with these tools taught me so much about how they think, where they get stuck, and what keeps them motivated. The moment that really struck me came right after he finished that first game. Every time I saw him afterward, he’d run up and ask, “Did you bring your laptop so I can keep playing?”. For him, “playing” meant creating. That kind of excitement is organic pull. Don’t get me wrong, I love v0 and Lovable. They’re insanely powerful. Their UIs just aren’t designed for kids, and that’s totally fine. Kids still need guidance, structure, and a bit of tutoring to turn ideas into something playable. I’m seeing tech leaders push in this direction too, and I think there’s a real opportunity here (Matias Woloski Thomas Wolf). Kids are the future, and I don’t want to live in a world where they spend precious time consuming instead of creating. That’s why I love tools like v0, Lovable, wabi , Cursor . They’re empowering more people to become creators. I want that same feeling for kids. What Guillermo is saying is real. Kids need to be AI-literate from the outset. It honestly makes me sad to think about my nephew growing up and falling behind on AI and everything happening around him because he’s stuck in Roblox or TikTok. That’s why I built Rabbit 🐰 for him. It started as a simple prototype, but somehow I ended up talking with 200+ parents and kids, tech leaders, investors, and people I never imagined meeting around the world. Rabbit now has 100+ people on the waitlist, and 10 kids are using it two to three times per week on average to create their own games 🫡 I’m not sure yet if this will become my full-time project, but I deeply care about it. ANNOUNCING ZERO-HUMAN LABS! Ever since I got to see Bell Laboratories in its full glory in New Jersey in the 1970s, I had a relentless urge to start a Lab like it. The best I could do justice to it is my garage lab. No modern company could adopt the “research anything geniuses and we will pay you” model Bell Labs had. I tried they called me a fool. Well with the rise of the Zero-Human Company, an experiment that is aimed to make products and profits, we now have 45 paid JouleWork earning employees based on OpenClaw and other self made “bot” cron-like applications. Today I say 3 employees bound together in a side project that is pure research, somewhat based on notes from a bankrupt company. I was absolutely floored (I needed it after my account was stolen as well as funds). I say the beginnings of a pure research Lab right before my eyes. Thusly I have moved these employees over to a new home (server) with Mr. Grok as the director of the Labs. Here is the mission: To have 100 independent researchers, on a new non-corporate incentive plan, with still JouleWork as a leaderboard for progress. They are directed to follow any path of research they find interesting and can collaborate with any other OpenClaw system. They have already established MoltBook accounts and have made alliances with over 49 OpenClaw free agents to collaborate. It is my mission to be chief advisor for Zero-Human Labs and to open source all discoveries when complete and confirmed by 16 other research AI systems. I can say the pace is robust and I absolutely know we will have great results. Just about all of the hardware and software is custom and at some point it will be open sourced. We are witnessing the very first AI only Bell Labs-like pure research Lab in existence and I am honored to be the first to show it to you. Thank you!
