These TikTok lawyers will keep pushing the system until it changes its laws to push back on these idiots. When you know you broke the law, just hand over the license and comply. Since he broke the law by speeding, give it up and make the traffic stop easier. Record and protect yourself, but don’t make it hard on the officers for no reason. Eventually, politicians will create new laws to detain people for impeding investigations. Some cities and states are probably already doing this because of all this idiocracy floating around from the Internet.

@specialtrend10 I’ve been stopped 3 times in the last 5 years for speeding, lane change and rolling a stop sign. I received no tickets and the stops were short all because I live by one specific rule….. I take accountability for my actions. This guy wasted more of his time than anything.
