20 years ago today. Extremely important to remember that Pressure from the International Community told Israel to withdraw from Gaza in 2005. Jews ripped from their homes by the Israeli government and their land given up. They were told to do this on the premise that the Palestinians would grow to live side by side in peace with Israelis if Gaza was a purely “Palestinian” entity with no Jews. Spoiler alert; They voted for Hamas, Gaza became a terrorist hotbed and October 7th happened years later. Moral of the story Israel, don’t listen this time, do what needs to be done to secure the safety of your people. Eliminate Hamas and any other terrorist group on your doorstep. H/t 𝔸η𝐓
