Cleared? What she said wasn’t even true. This season Sutton spoke vulnerably aboutj her fathers suicide, her abdoment issues, revealed her ex moving to Europe and trying to take her kids, was accused of having an eating disorder, she legit carried the season

Difference is she used her family to get her a storyline and capitalised on it. SHE exposed Kim's problems on camera. She's fine with sharing what suits her. She just didn't like it topic this time.
