Rhonda Patrick just served up the no-BS breakfast blueprint on Chris Williamson's podcast: 4–5 pasture-raised eggs, scrambled—straight fire for brain health and sustained energy. Why this simple combo crushes: - 30–38g complete protein → keeps you full, powers muscle/brain without crashes - ~500–750mg choline (yolks are gold) → sharpens...

This meal cost me $1.75. Hard boiled eggs. Butter mayo. Pepperonis. That’s it. That’s dinner. Are these pasture-raised eggs? Nope. Bought them at Kroger. $3 for 18 eggs. And you know what? They’re still one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. One egg — ONE — gives you: ✓ 6 grams of complete protein with all 9 essential amino acids ✓ 27% of your daily choline (most Americans are deficient) ✓ 28% of your daily selenium ✓ B12, B2, vitamin D, vitamin A ✓ Healthy fats that help your body actually absorb all those nutrients An egg is literally everything needed to build a living creature, wrapped in a shell. Self-contained. No processing. No ingredient list. Just crack and eat. Are pasture-raised eggs nutritionally superior? Sure. They’ve got more omega-3s. The yolks are prettier. But does that mean regular eggs are garbage? Absolutely not. A grocery store egg is still a nutritional powerhouse. It’s still real food. It’s still a massive upgrade from the cereal, granola bars, and drive-thru breakfast sandwiches most people are eating. If you can afford pasture-raised, great. Buy them. If you can’t? The eggs at Kroger are still going to give you high-quality protein, brain-supporting choline, and nutrients your body actually needs — for about 17 cents each. Don’t let anyone shame you out of eating real food because you can’t afford the “ideal” version. Progress beats purity. Every single time. 🥚🍳

The Alzheimer's Shield is REAL. And it's being ignored. New research reveals a staggering 73% of Alzheimer's cases could be PREVENTED. The key? A powerful nutritional synergy that mainstream medicine is overlooking. Here's the game-changing discovery👇 1. The Brain Shrinkage Crisis Your brain is literally SHRINKING. Why? Omega-3 levels have crashed. These fats are so vital, the more Omega-3 you have, the more physical brain matter you have. It's the foundation of cognition. 2. The "SMASH" Protocol You can't reverse the trend without the right fuel. The solution? SMASH it: - Salmon - Mackerel - Anchovies - Sardines - Herring These oily fish are your brain's best defense. 3. The Critical Co-Factor You're Missing But here's the plot twist Omega-3s are NOT a solo act. Oxford University researchers made a landmark discovery: Omega-3s and B vitamins are an inseparable duo. One DOES NOT work without the other. B12, critical for brain health and found in meat/fish/eggs, is poorly absorbed as we age. Vegans are at extreme risk with ZERO natural B12. 4. The 73% Reduction Protocol The Oxford study gave B vitamins to people with pre-dementia. The results were explosive, but ONLY in those with sufficient Omega-3. In this group, brain shrinkage was slashed by 73% in just one year. Let that sink in. Alzheimer's is brain shrinkage. They found a way to stop it. The Bottom Line: You must address BOTH. - No Omega-3? Your B vitamins can't do their job. - No B Vitamins? Your Omega-3 is ineffective. This is the powerful, synergistic shield your brain needs. It's not just about one pill or one food. It's about the alliance. Share this vital information. It could save a mind.

American Farmer explains how the beef we see in the grocery store doesn’t look how natural raised beef looks and doesn’t contain the same nutrients ‘When you look at beef in the grocery store, it’s easy to think all meat is the same. Same color, same package, same product. The truth is, there’s a world of difference depending on how that animal lived. Color and Myoglobin That “red juice” in the package isn’t blood; it’s myoglobin, a protein that stores oxygen in muscle. Animals that graze, walk, and live naturally have higher myoglobin levels, which is why pasture-raised beef carries a deeper, richer tone. Grass vs. Grain Cattle that live their whole life on grass—and hay in winter that hasn’t been sprayed—give you meat free from chemical residues. Grain-fed beef, or even “grass-fed” beef finished on grain, changes the nutrient profile completely. Eggs and Chlorophyll Ever cracked a pale yellow yolk that spreads thin in the bowl? That’s confinement farming. Compare it to a bright golden yolk from hens eating grass and bugs on pasture. The difference is chlorophyll—sunlight captured in plants and passed directly to you. Why It Matters Animals raised without sunlight or pasture simply can’t give you the same nutrition. Omega-3s, antioxidants, vitamin density—all of these are higher in pasture-raised products. If you want to know what’s really in your food, don’t just ask where it came from. Ask how it was raised. That’s where the truth lives.’

Rhonda Patrick just leveled up her creatine game—and the reasons will make you rethink that standard 5g scoop. She used to do 5g for workouts... now it's 10g EVERY DAY as baseline. Why? Brain saturation. "Once muscles are full at ~5g, the spillover hits the brain"—boosting cognitive function, potentially shielding against brain aging, and even helping depression via better energy production upstairs. Jet-lagged? Sleepless night? Travel wrecking your rhythm? She cranks to 15–20g (sometimes 20–30g in studies) — calls it "speed without the speed," like caffeine minus the crash/jitters. No addiction, but insanely alert, focused, and resilient. Hits hardest under stress/sleep deprivation (research backs it: single high doses reverse 21+ hour wakefulness cognitive hits and can outperform rested performance). Vegan twist: One friend (no meat = zero dietary creatine) went from dragging to "Bruce Banner → Hulk" mode after starting. Vegans/vegetarians often run low—liver makes only so much. Bonus layer: Extra creatine frees up methylation pathways (homocysteine → methionine), gene expression tweaks, brain-wide perks. 3:13 raw clip of Rhonda spilling the science—perfect if you're biohacking focus, longevity, or just surviving modern life chaos. Are you on creatine? Still at 5g? Gone higher for brain gains? Noticed Hulk-level energy when stressed/sleepless? Vegans—game-changer or nah? Drop your protocol/experience below—this one's sparking real convos!

If your parent is showing signs of Alzheimer's and you want to do something about it, put them on the ketogenic diet. This diet puts their body into a state of ketosis, where instead of their brain burning sugar for fuel, it burns fat and produces something called ketones. Ketones become an alternative fuel source for their brains. Most people with Alzheimer's have brain cells that are insulin resistant. It can no longer efficiently pull glucose from the bloodstream for fuel. Even though glucose is available, the insulin delivery system is broken. Brain cells are starving and can no longer power themselves properly, causing brain fog, memory loss, cognitive decline, and even depression. Ketones bypass this broken system entirely. They cross the blood-brain barrier without needing insulin, feeding your brain cells directly. They produce less cellular waste than glucose. And even act as natural antioxidants exactly where your brain needs them most. Here's Dr. Dale Bredesen's ketogenic protocol from his latest clinical trial on Alzheimer's: • Cut simple carbohydrates. • Fast for at least 12 hours overnight. • Plant-rich diet high in healthy fats (a mildly ketogenic diet - best if starting out) 90% of his patients improved following these rules. Some went from impaired cognitive scores to perfect ones. And results were 7x greater than the leading Alzheimer's drugs. The ketogenic diet is one of the protocols families use to treat their parent's Alzheimer's in our online community. More on this in the comments below.

$1.29. That was my entire meal last night. And it might be my cheapest one yet. I took hard boiled eggs, sliced them in half, dipped them in a beaten egg, and pressed them face down into finely shredded aged cheddar. Then I fried them in butter. What happened next was magic. The egg warmed through, and the cheese formed this incredible crispy golden crust on top like a little cheese chip sitting right on your egg. I ate that with kielbasa and I was completely satisfied. Two eggs, a quarter of a kielbasa, cheese and butter. That’s it. Now let me say something about both of these foods because I know someone is going to come for me. Eggs are one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. Yes, even Walmart eggs. Yes, even if they’re not pasture raised or fancy or organic. They are still packed with protein, healthy fat, and nutrients your body needs. Do not let food snobbery keep you from eating eggs. And kielbasa. Yes, it’s processed. I know. But it also provides real nutrition, it’s filling, it’s delicious, and if it’s what fits your budget, then it absolutely has a place on your plate. I am never going to tell someone they can’t eat hot dogs, kielbasa, spam, or lunch meat because it’s processed. Eat what you can afford and keep going. That’s what this is about. Carnivore does not have to be expensive. This meal proves it. If you want to see exactly how I made these eggs, drop a comment below and I’ll make a video. Because this one is worth it. 🤤👑

Professor Sani Lawan Malumfashi Has this to say to all average Nigerians (sic: those outside the corridor of power where stealing happens): As a Nigerian, you should know that you are on your own. You're your own caretaker. Do not for once think that the govt cares. This simple if you consider that you literally provide everything for yourself: you drill your borehole if you want water. You provide yourself electricity by installing solsr systems or generators. If you want good health care, you go to private hospital and pay. If you want good education for your wards, you take them to private schools as well. Yet, you pay taxes. You literally benefit nothing from the govt. Instead, it is the govt that benefits from you. We fund the govt and the officials with our taxes. Therefore, under this hardship of life, as a Nigerian, this is what I suggest you do: 1. Be your own caretaker. 2. Anything that's not a necessity in life, let it slide. The time for excessive spending & enjoyment has been snatched away. This is a time of survival. If you are a fleet of cars, reduce them to one. The number of air conditioners in your house, reduce them or put them off, on your fan. Shawarma, chocolates, ice creams the kids consume, reduce them. Tap the kids on their shoulders. Tell them the reality of today. English breakfast might not be affordable anymore, return to the traditional ones you can afford. If you have beef for protein in your meal fine, if not, add some beans into the soup. It is another source of protein. (Sic: because egg isn't for average civil servants now). 3. Your health is the most important thing you have. Try as much as you can to avoid going to the hospital. Work hard for your health and pray for good health. The hospitals are in terrible state. You might go with headache and return home with an infection or bigger sickness. As a Nigerian, you're your president. You are your teacher. You are your governor. You're your local govt chairman. You're your security. You're all on your own. Forget anything and focus on your well-being. Own your own life. Again, avoid anything that will put you at loggerheads with the govt. Because if you do, the moment the power decides to kidnap you (arrest you); remember your family depend on you to feed. When you're away, you're only putting them in a more serious situation. Anyone who is stepping out of their homes should do so prepared. Prepare for the unimaginable. Anything can happen to you. Rely more on God. Present to Him your problems. (Sic: report every wicked leader to God. Only Him can deal with the situation).

A 'Western' versus 'Indian' breakfast? Huge Instagram handles peddling intense health misinformation on nutrition like this one from a Yoga lady who has rented out her brain, gets maximum engagement when they glorify an "Indian" veggie breakfast over the "synthetic and processed" Western breakfast, especially in the context of cereals and use of milk and fruits. Mixing fruits and milk according to Ayurvedic principles is disastrous. The pseudoscience claims that this combination destroys the Agni (digestive fire) in us when cold foods are consumed in the morning when Agni is at its lowest. This is utter nonsense. There is no 'cold' and 'hot' concept in nutrition. And there is no digestive fire. This is total mockery of nutritional science that has been mentioned in classical Ayurvedic texts and has no realistic objective meaning or measures to prove it. A strawberry shake or a banana shake in the morning is not going to kill you. It is an excellent source of proteins and vitamins and required calories after an overnight fasting state. And there is absolutely no evidence that a breakfast of boxed cereals is harmful. In fact, most cereals are fortified with many minerals, vitamins and other micro nutrients which help people attain targets for recommended daily intake. Look at these studies and do not skip breakfast or shy away from fortified foods. 1/ The daily consumption of fortified cereal with milk for 12 weeks by adolescent girls, increased intakes of micronutrients - 2/ Ready to eat breakfast food consumption was associated with higher daily micronutrients intake than breakfast skippers and with with better macronutrient intake and healthier food and beverage consumption - and 3/ This evidence based study that looked at breakfast cereal use states that breakfast cereal consumption was associated with diets higher in vitamins and minerals and lower in fat and a lower body mass index and less risk of being overweight or obese - 4/ Ready to eat cereal breakfasts contribute to greater nutrient intake and diet quality in children and adults without increasing total daily meal costs - 5/ Ready to eat breakfast cereals do not contribute to obesity or metabolic diseases - 6/ Fruit smoothies for breakfast provide energy dense options with good nutritional quality and can help reduce calorie intake throughout the day - 7/ Including fruit smoothies improved fruit based consumption in school going children to meet their macro/micro nutrient needs - 8/ Including milk-based diets (shakes), i.e., increased dairy intake as part of energy restricted diets resulted in greater loss in bodyweight and fat mass while attenuating lean mass loss in 18–50-year-old adults - Remember, for your nutritional needs or advise, please see/follow your clinical doctor (not Ayush) or a registered clinical nutritionist and not some "pleased-to-meet-you-perpetually-smily-faced-let-me-monetize-your-stupidity" Yoga peddlers on Instagram who has no idea about human anatomy and physiology. Cirrhosis patients, be wary about salt content in ready-to-eat packed foods. PS: Watch the video on mute. The background music is annoying.

Nick Fuentes just recommended Ozempic to his 1M+ mostly Gen-Z fans, so now I need to rant. This is absolutely HORRIBLE advice. Ozempic and other GLP-1 drugs literally paralyze your stomach so you can't digest food properly, and in countless cases have led to gastroparesis, intestinal blockage, BLINDNESS, and a laundry list of other horrific side effects. NOBODY should be taking this poison. If you're struggling with weight loss, here's some actually useful advice that will make you healthier without destroying your body: EAT MORE FATTY RED MEAT. And any high-fat animal products, really. (Excluding dairy, which is a growth agent in nature and thus triggers addictive pathways in your brain). Beef, butter, bacon, and eggs. Those 4 are your best friend. Carbohydrates, even the "healthy ones" like salad, fruit, whole grains, etc. are NOT satiating your body; they're glorified sugar/fiber bulk that strain your digestion and make you fart/shit more, while giving you zero actual nutritional value as you are not a cow or rabbit with the specialized digestive system required to digest break these materials down. (More details on why plants in any quantity are unhealthy for humans in the thread to follow). The reason why an overweight person's body is stuck in the constant craving mode is, very simply, because they are protein/fat-deficient. (Carbohydrates are non-essential, Protein/Fat are essential). The carbohydrate industry is far bigger than the other two, however, so they've thrown a ton of money around to convince the world that DIETARY FAT is bad for you, and causes BODYFAT. This is completely backwards from reality. Dietary fat is what turns off your hunger signals, i.e. gets your body to the NOURISHMENT point where it no longer craves food, which is where weight loss happens. I can practically promise you right now: if you're on the heavy side and just eliminate all carbs (even fruit/salad) and start eating bacon/eggs for breakfast, and a couple pounds of steak or ground beef for dinner (again, with NO CARBS on the side of either of these meals), you will see the the easiest, most delicious weight loss progress of your life. And if you're really dedicated to making progress as fast as possible? Work your way toward eating a TON of steak for dinner, and making that your singular meal for the day. (One meal in a day sounds crazy to the carb-addicted mind, but trust me, that protein/fat combo has carrying power. I've done this one-meal-of-steak-per-day routine for years, it's easy once you're acclimated to it.) I've done tons of podcast episodes and blog posts on the weight loss topic in the past, featuring personal friends of mine who've lost HUNDREDS of pounds on the Carnivore (Zero Carb) Diet, when NOTHING else worked for them, from vegan, to paleo, to mediterranean, keto, and everything in between. I'll turn this post into a thread, and link some of the resources I've gotten the most positive feedback on below for you to explore. Take a look, and share with any friends you know who are struggling with weight! 🧵👇

Ever wondered why top biohackers swear by creatine—not for gains, but for brainpower? Dr. Rhonda Patrick spilled the details on Mayim Bialik's "The Breakdown" podcast back on July 8, 2025, and this 3:52 clip is still pure fire for anyone chasing peak mental edge. Rhonda doesn't mess around: She takes 10g daily, bumping to 15-20g on rough days like jet lag or early gigs. Her verdict? "It's like speed without the speed. Caffeine without the caffeine." No jitters, just laser focus and resilience. Breaking it down with science: - Your body makes just 1-2g naturally; vegans get zero from food. - Stress and sleep dips torch your stores—creatine refuels the brain's energy engine. - Hit 5g+ for "spillover" benefits: sharper cognition, mood lift, faster bounce-back from fatigue, even hints at anti-aging for the noggin. - Bonus: It supports methylation (think gene tweaks via folate/choline pathways), freeing up resources when life's chaotic. Rhonda's vegan pal story seals it: Started supplementing, then messaged, "I don't need as much sleep, energy's endless—what's happening?!" Rhonda: "You're finally at baseline. Hulk mode activated. Mayim nails the real-world angle: "So many get SSRIs for low energy, fog, no drive... but what if it's just depleted creatine? Biochemistry we can tweak." Not advice, just two PhD powerhouses unpacking studies. Watch below—it's the convo that upgraded my routine forever. Are you already taking creatine for your brain (or about to start)?

Qullamaggie’s Episodic Pivot Concepts and Setups “Those are the best ones. The EPs that break a multi-month range or multi-quarter range. Focus on those. LCEP last earnings season. That was a five star. Came out of a four, five month consolidation on high volume. Start with earnings EPs. Those are easiest. Those are the brain dead ones. These biotech ones are very hard, especially micro nano caps. Forget about them. It's a waste of time. Yeah, exactly. Biotech and micro nano cap EPs are just excuses to dilute the company. They rarely work out. The fail rate is just so high. Yeah, guys, especially if you have a full-time job, the one thing you should be focusing on is EPs. You'll have probably half a dozen to a dozen perfect opportunities per earning season. 4 or 5 star opportunities. Not all of them are gonna work out, but the ones that will work out will go up hundreds and hundreds of percent. Yeah, well, EPs, yes. I mean, if it's a really good one, you can buy it, even if your stop is gonna be like, say, 1.5x the average true range, or ADR. Sometimes you kind of have to not chase it, but have a little bit of a wider stop, just because these things can make very big moves. You can still get, you know, 20, 30, 40, 50 times your risk reward out of them, out of the best ones. You don’t have to buy everything on the 1 minute opening range highs. You can buy stuff on the 5-minute breakout or a 60-minute breakout, as long as it hasn't gone up like enormous amounts since the first 1 and 5-minute breakouts. But most of the time you don't need to be the first one in. Let the stocks prove themselves.”
