My 35th annual NFL Training Camp Tour rolls on to Denver. First off, the new $175 million facility built by owners Carrie and Greg Penner is UNREAL!!! Best one I’ve ever been to. I am going to give y’all an inside look at some of their recovery and regen tools in my next IG reel. One thing I don’t get is why others aren’t more bought in on believing in Denver Broncos. I don’t think last year was a fluke… AT ALL! Oh, and nice, chippy practice FOX Sports: NFL #broncos #trainingcamp #nfl

🚨 Conor McGregor provides an update following knee surgery: "I am currently undergoing the best and most advanced training in California. My leg, 8 days after surgery, has the ability to activate, and with full straightening of the leg, my entire quad (unheard of 8days post op). We are STILL HERE! God bless all on the journey of recovery, and remember, it is not for you or I to judge others!" (via Conor McGregor)

It is important to note that this is only the second time Jamaica has been invited to the G20 Summit, and the significance of that is often overlooked. I am aware that some questioned my attendance, suggesting that I should have remained home directing the recovery. The truth is, we did not take the decision to attend lightly. Up to a few days before the Summit, the plan was that I would not travel. But after careful discussion, and given the opportunity extended to Jamaica, we determined that attending was in the country’s best interest. Real recovery is not measured by how fast food packages are distributed. It is measured by how quickly we restore electricity, water, security, and public health, and ultimately by how effectively we build back stronger and better. To rebuild Jamaica to a higher standard will require billions of dollars. My time, therefore, is best spent securing that support from the international community. That is why I went to the G20, to advocate for Jamaica, to mobilize resources, and to ensure that our long-term recovery is fully financed and future-focused.

Recover with Ryback. Every Saturday is a full recovery day. Recovery isn’t taking time off, it’s investing in our ability to come back stronger. I start with 90 seconds of facial cryotherapy, doing multiple sets of 15 to 20 seconds with my face submerged in ice-cold water until I reach the full 90 seconds. From there, I fire up my recovery circuit: 🔥 30 to 45 minutes in a 180 to 200-degree sauna. 🧊 8 to 10 minutes in my 42-degree cold tub. ♨️ 20 to 30 minutes in my 104-degree hot tub. I also complete one of my two weekly 24-hour fasts, with Saturdays and Sundays dedicated to recovery, fasting, and giving my body the opportunity to reset and rebuild. Facial cryotherapy is part of my daily routine, seven days a week. I also make it a goal to get at least three 30-minute sauna sessions in every week, and four whenever time allows. Recovery is training. The better we recover, the better we perform. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!
