Ridiculous phone use by this driver tonight. If she hits a child doing this, she's going to jail.

A lot of “she was stationary” stuff incoming. 1. She wasn't, and 2.

What an arrogant, insufferable, sanctimonious popinjay! If you were so concerned about kids you’d have tried to get her attention and get her to stop. Instead you’re more concerned about clicks and practicing your video editing. No animation or background music on this one?

It's a shame Tesla didn't incorporate a 42inch TV in there to go hands free..... oh

But to my surprise you are also distracted you are concentrating in recording inside other peoples cars instead of watching the road

If she'd hit someone would you have calmly ridden off saying 'see I told you' to the camera?

If a driver uses their phone at lights, when stationary, then they also use it when moving, as this shows. And as we all know, both are illegal and extremely dangerous, despite what the bad driver defenders might try to convince us otherwise. Sadly, they drive among us.

Wow that's a ridiculous long time she's on the phone for. Until we actually penalise drivers severely for doing this, it's not going to stop. Caught once? £1,000 fine and immediate 12 month ban. Caught again? £10,000 fine and lifetime ban. Would anybody even risk it?
