Right now, Dems have a math problem in taking back the Senate. They need a net pickup of 4 seats & lead in 1 GOP held seat (NC). Rest are ties or GOP ahead. Problem is the fundamentals.... Median of key 6 states: GOP with +6 on generic ballot....

The entire party could be filled with Hillary Clinton clones and republicans would still say the party is too far left, this is a result of RW propaganda that dems don't fight back against and concede to. Offer people a more affordable future, they'll call you far left regardless

Im not buying the “too far left” angle. Americans can barely afford food and rent right now. This culture war garbage is the least of most peoples concerns anymore.

🤢 This means Republicans will almost certainly get to replace Sonia Sotomayor with a MAGA Conservative like Anna Paulina Luna. And these Times/Siena polls which always overestimate Democrats were taken long before Trump lowered gas prices and defeated Bidenflation, as well as before the Reverse Dobbs unleashed yesterday via Barbara. UMuchoVetoed promised us it would NOT be like this. But it's so much more like this than you could ever imagine. All of Nate Cope's Copeholic Coping for Copeland is not working. 🤢

C’mon! They’re not tied in Texas. Which should put every other one of those ratings in question.

Problem is your analysis here is way off. Of course MAGA will say Dems are too far left. Dems aren't going to get those votes anyway. Dems are currently winning independent majority and thats why they have a chance in these otherwise republican controlled states. Thats the story

The Dems are not tied in Texas. They’re not even close. Paxton will win by double digits.

BS Harry. Ellison must be breathing down your neck. Dems take Alaska Maine Iowa North Carolina South Carolina Florida TEXAS Nebraska and maybe Kansas.

It’s because they have lost their minds. I am horrified that people are actually voting for democrats at all.

You didn't mention Dan Osborne in Nebraska who is an Independent but would be caucusing with the Democrats who are backing him.

Not to worry. John Thune is doing everything he and the Democrat wing of the Republican Party can do to ensure a Democrat majority.

There is NOW WAY that they will flip Texas. These polls are ridiculously off the mark... And what happens when gas goes to $2.50 a gallon? Jobs are going up and inflation is going down. The generic ballot tells the story and it will only get worse for the dems as summer ends.

Harry is either under the influence or trying to impress Bari Weiss. He’s underestimated Democratic support.

You can tell media and their pundits always coordinate a poll that's favorable to the GOP and use that to doom Dems that they're losing..sure lets ignore the other polls showing Dems up and use this ONE poll and declare race over 😒

Not only that but GOP has some pickup opportunities. AES will be a gift for the GOP if he’s the Dem nominee in MI.

I'm curious tjo: how did the electorate perceive the GOP in the summer of 2010, before the shellacking?

Yes, Dems have image problem .. and Socialists are rapidly pushing the party's image even farther left. Dems' elected officials and national leaders afraid to challenge them. That's toxic to voters in most states!

Neither party is recognizable to me. Both look incompetent and spineless. So I don’t care about polls; they are like asking “Which pile of sh!t smells worse?”

Republicans are simply better at painting every Democrat like a crazy socialist while simultaneously being led by a retarded sociopath.

North Carolina conservatives had better get out and vote. Our candidate is poor and will need a lot of money and a lot of support to pull it off.

Other polls have them ahead, but CNN pretends there aren't polls showing them in better spots then this set of polls. Pushing their narrative.

Every time a new poll comes out, everyone forgets about polls that proceeded it. Dems have been leading in a lot of polls in AK, OH, ME just not in this one and all that means is tossup races are still tossups. You should expect both candidates to have polls they lead in tossups.

The Dems look poised to nominate Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan. That would be a massive unforced error on their part.
