You were able to get a solution to fund these mega projects in a short period of time but getting a solution to fund education and health and especially university education is where you do not want to apply your skills to solve funding

The works are not even evident 8 months later , i can say there is feeder road being built in ruiru and it has more machine and worker than in that highway , more resources has to be deployed to that high way or it will take few year to be completed
