RNEF is now Rock 🎉 There are two hard things in computer science: naming and cache invalidation. While we've built React Native Enterprise Framework to tackle the latter, I admit, nailing the name was a challenge. So, we fixed it. 𝚗𝚙𝚖 𝚌𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚝𝚎 𝚛𝚘𝚌𝚔

i'm writing my own gui framework in c++ and rewriting my image editor using it, which is going good so far, i wanted to move from swiftui, qt, tauri, electron, react native, and flutter so i can use metal and directx gpu apis on macos and windows as much as possible,so i think going full metal/directx is the way to go i know i have a very hard and long way to go though as there are many many flaws, bugs in this very very early version and doesnt utilize the gpu as much as i want to but i hope we will get there soon ,i also need to make the ui look somewhat decent instead of whatever mess it is right now

We were obsessed with the ‘Future’ in the ‘80s. It was so exciting. We couldn’t wait to get there. We are here now and I want a refund and a return ticket 😂

Bone Tide is officially out on the App Store and Google Play 🎉 The React Native Expo version runs on the exact same TypeGPU engine as the Web game, shared 1:1 between both platforms. Only the UI was ported to React This was made possible by some amazing work across the React Native open source ecosystem. Huge thanks to William Candillon for react-native-webgpu and for always helping me resolve any issues incredibly quickly :D I think it’s a pretty cool showcase of what can be built with React Native nowadays. More details about the libraries used in the 🧵 featuring what might be the ultimate Software Mansion stack iOS: Android: Web:

We showed react-native-bottom-sheet at App.js, and it's ready to use today, built with support from Gobi. The sheet host, gestures, snapping and scrolling all run in native code, so drags stay smooth even when the JS thread is busy. Let's do a deep dive 🧵

🐶 i think i'd be able to do the things i want to do in 2026. right now, i'm preparing hard for our unit concert. since it's a unit concert and not with the whole group, i feel a bit nervous but it seems like a new challenge so that is my goal as of now.

Taehyung sound bites from BTS comeback live is being used extensively by kmedia news channels. 🐯it’s been quite a while right? We waited so long for this moment, and now I really feel like it is 'finally' here! 🐯While it is Korean, the word ‘Arirang’ itself is very lovely and meaningful, and it has a lot of depth. So beyond that, there are also many things we can express through it.

I need honest answers Nigerians: So last year we moved to this Estate in Owerri from Onitsha, my father bought the land years back so last year we finally built on it and moved in. Since then we have been taking care of the street because we are the first to finish building and moved in others haven't and some lands are still empty. So now we want to use our fathers name to register the street but they told my mom that we will be paying to the government every year to keep our street name, this made her now told another person who is also building in our street to use his name and register it, she said she can't afford to do that. So my question is why should we pay to the government to keep our street name, shouldn't the government pay us for keeping the environment clean ?

For the last two years I built brands for great clients and helped them win, without even having a portfolio. I took this challenge on purpose. As a brand expert, I wanted to prove to myself that I can build trust through my personal brand alone. It was a wild and rewarding run. Now it’s time to move forward. Produx is a branding company that thinks different and feels different. Every brand we release is built to win, and I stand behind that. Stay tuned. We launch in February.

I was mocked because I threw a huge party when Arsenal lost the league the first time, mocked again when I continued doing the event the second time we lost. I was mocked even more the third time as my community grew. What people don’t understand is that I built loyal attendees when it was harder to. We built this community when things were rough for Arsenal. Another thing is that, we grew. This is all organic. We are about to create history on Sunday and it won’t be a fluke. It will be about early investment. Investing in stocks so low that you get mocked for it. Learn to invest early and stick to your investment no matter what!

Bad news: my computer is dying and I need help to replace it so I can keep creating the content you love. The thermal interface is failing, which is causing overheating and throttling in the form of random freezes and crashes that are making it increasingly difficult to do basic tasks, let alone things like video editing (see video). I was hoping to replace the computer in a few months, but the problem is so bad now it's impacting my ability to make a living. Because I've been deplatformed from other financial apps, I've set up a GiveSendGo (link in reply) with a longer explanation. If you'd like to send crypto, DM for my addresses. Thanks for reading and supporting my work!

JD VANCE on Ukraine WAR: 🇺🇸🇪🇺🇺🇦 There are a lot of Ukrainian Americans in Cleveland, Ohio... I was saying we should stop funding the Ukraine war and I still believe that. And it's one of the things I'm proudest that we've done as administration is we've told Europe that if you want to buy weapons, you can, but the United States is not buying weapons and sending them to Ukraine anymore.

Elon Musk: My life feels surreal. It makes me believe in simulation theory. “Yeah, I mean I didn't think it would be when I was young, but my life feels somewhat surreal. I can't believe these things are actually happening. It makes me believe in simulation theory where it's like, well this like the things I'm doing are so preposterous that it's hard to believe they're real. I mean we've got Starship, which is the largest, most powerful flying object ever made, and we intend to launch that more than once per hour.” The Economist interview with Elon Musk, July 23, 2026.
