Watching the beginning, the guy in the charger was ramming the truck. Pretty sure cops will waste you for the same offense.

Context: Dude in the charger called his brother to come fight the dudes in the truck. Brother brought a gun, started shooting. Guy from truck draws his gun, now charger guy rams white truck. White truck guy then shoots charger guy. Charger guy dies, brother charged.

That state is jacked up. Just driving through headed to Arizona and like Bugs Bunny, I did take a wrong turn there in 2013. Parked in a Walmart in Las Cruces where there was a recent shooting to get some sleep before heading west and it was like episode of Cops. I push on...

🚨‼️ THROWBACK SELF-DEFENSE or NOT? : A Road Rage 💥💥🔫 incident occurred on westbound Interstate 40 between Terrence Lowe, 30yr, (driving a black Dodge Charger) and Angelino Gonzales (driving a truck). Both parties pulled into the parking lot of a Walmart at 2550 Coors Blvd NW in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on April 2, 2025, where a physical fight broke out. Kendall Lowe, 33yr, older brother to Terrence Lowe, 30yr, arrived in a separate vehicle, drew a handgun, and fired 💥🔫 at Angelino, Angelino's brother (Alex Gonzales), and their father (Timothy Gonzales). Terrence Lowe then got back into his Charger, drove directly at the family at a high rate of speed, and pinned Timothy and Angelino Gonzales against their truck, inflicting non-life-threatening injuries. Terrence Lowe, was subsequently shot 💥🔫 by Alex Gonzales (Brother) who barely escaped the collision. Terrence managed to run toward the Walmart entrance, collapsed and died at the scene. Kendall Lowe was arrested and formally charged as a primary suspect with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of battery with a deadly weapon for pointing and firing a handgun at the scene and striking Alex Gonzales. Alex Gonzales was not charged due to acting in defense of his family.
