A court was only ever needed to decide what a woman is because men decided they can be women. The law, and society, has always known what a woman is - for better or worse. No one will understand the actual turmoil of going through a court case to establish what a woman is unless you have had to do it. It’s even more stressful than the stupid premise suggests.
