Robert Pattinson says ‘PRIMETIME’ evolved significantly while they were filming: “The movie we ended up with is pretty different to the script on day one. However a performance was in a scene, we were like, ‘Let’s see where it goes naturally,’ which was a lovely way of working.”

That actually makes me even more excited to see it. You can tell when a film evolves naturally during production, and it sounds like the performances really shaped what the movie became. Robert Pattinson trusting that process is such an interesting detail.

This collaborative filmmaking process sounds like a dream. why don't more major directors let actors breathe and evolve scenes organically on set. y'all skipped straight to praising the creative freedom without checking if the final runtime actually holds together

🚨 WOW! President Trump says the US discombobulated the CRAP out of Iran while the rescue operation continued So they were CLUELESS, unable to find him "They were really confused! They said, we have groups here, here, it was AMAZING." "We wanted to have them think he was in a different location because they had a vast military force out there. Thousands, thousands of people were looking." "So we wanted them to look in different areas. So we were scattered all over like we were right on top of them."

Aubrey Plaza explains how a simple script line turned into an unexpectedly awkward masturbation scene on set. "I thought I was doing one thing, and then when I showed up, it was a whole different thing." "In my head I envisioned a nice scene where you just see my hand slowly go out of frame... left to the imagination." "The camera was mounted on the ceiling, I was in my underwear and a Clinton t-shirt, and there were a bunch of old men... crew guys." "I asked the director 'what should I do?' and she said: 'Masturbate, like it says in the script.'" "What a kind directorial note... 'Do it like it says in the script!'"

Robert Pattinson says ‘PRIMETIME’ director Lance Oppenheim refused to call cut to see where performances would naturally go: “The amount of times where Lance just wouldn’t cut at the end of the scene and he said, ‘I just want to see where it goes.’ I’m like, ‘Dude, it’s not gonna go anywhere. It’s literally, that’s the end of the scene.’ But sometimes, weirdly, it suddenly would.”

Dakota Johnson reveals she was legally trapped into 50 Shades of Grey after the lead actor and entire script were replaced, forcing her to figure out hardcore BDSM scenes live in front of the crew with zero intimacy coordinators "That was another version of signing on to something that was one thing and it turned out to be another." "I signed on to a script that was different than what we ended up shooting, written by a different person." "And then you're attached. You signed a contract, so you're in. Signed on to do it with a different actor. It was like a different thing and then it all changed and I was just in it." "I was so young. I think I turned 24 while we were shooting. I just feel proud of myself for being brave." "There were no intimacy coordinators then or anything like that." "And there was an expectation of just like figure it out yourself in real time in front of everyone. It's intense."

"I actually was the victim of a war crime myself because the Israelis dropped a GPS-guided bomb on the house where a British charity medical team was staying. They had our GPS coordinates, they knew who we were, and they knew where we were. They knew where we were every second of the day because we coordinated with the IDF, so this was a deliberate attempt to assassinate a British medical team in order to dissuade any medical teams coming from abroad."

Q: What exactly was the evidence that led you to this person of interest? A: There was a tip that came in just like we were taking any other tips and that one came in specifically identifying a person of interest, which was this individual. And so we are detectives, just like the others, but this specific one it was actually picked up by the, by the FBI, and they followed through with it, and they ended up coming and locating this individual of interest.

John Krasinski says he and Steve Carell needed 17 takes just to speak while filming Steve’s final scene on The Office "When Steve left, that was actually the last scene of Steve’s last day, and I didn’t realize that until later" "So I go in to do this scene, and it just hit me. You were in the room with Steve, and he had been really quiet all day, very sweet but very quiet. I think we knew that this was it" "We rolled, and I remember the director telling me it was 17 takes before we got one word out. There were a lot of retouches. I think that scene took like four and a half hours"
