ROCK’S STRETCHING JOURNAL Week 02: New Main, New Depth Week 02 surprised me. Session 1 witnessed me riding the new main tool proudly. Session 2 got messy: warm-up tense, footage was lost, and my glove broke. 😭 Session 3 came back cleaner with new toys and first depth check.

🚨NEW🚨NEW🚨NEW🚨 We are launching a session planner! I have always struggled with session planners, generally they are a bit small, don't have space for me to write and draw in, etc, etc... I have now designed one that I hope deals with those problems! I have selected prompts and sections that should help coaches plan effective sessions and hopefully left enough spaces for people to add in what they need! Check out the link in my bio!

Yesterday I lost every ounce of STEEZE and composure as Faze came to my house. I don't even know how to express the feeling. When he left I started playing old songs and I lost it, I cried like a baby. Those were the songs that formed me, songs that moved my depth. It’s Tuesday Night and me and Adele have just met up with a homeless couple we met Coffee4Craig last week. They were in need of a new tent and some other bits as theirs had been ransacked. I haven’t been inside the Rio Hotel, All-Suite Resort & Casino in Las Vegas in a while — and honestly, if you haven’t been here lately, you might not recognize it. The place has been seriously refreshed. One of the first things that hit me was keno. I completely forgot keno was still a thing, and seeing it again gave me this instant old-school Vegas flashback. It used to be everywhere, and walking through the Rio brought back that nostalgia. But this isn’t just old Vegas. They’ve revamped the colors, opened up the space, replaced the old buffet with a massive updated food hall, added a new check-in area, new restaurants, walk-up spots, new bars, and a completely redesigned circle bar right in the main casino area as you come in. The Rio feels familiar, but totally different at the same time. Old Vegas nostalgia with a modern refresh — and I’ll be honest, it surprised me. #LasVegas #Vegas #RioLasVegas #OldVegas #VegasStrip

2025 was a turbulent year in the cash game streets. With a horrific start, followed by picking up some momentum in the middle of the year, I thought I was finally back. But I didn’t finish out the year as strong as I hoped to, giving back all my profits and then some. But the journey in poker should be seen as one long session; every setback is followed up by a comeback story, and I’m not giving up. A new year brings new opportunities, and I can’t wait for all that’s to come in 2026. Never give up💪🏻

My mum surprised me with a new pc, not just any but the mac M4 pro chip😭 Few days ago I was telling her how laggy my laptop was and how much I needed to get a new one She asked which laptop I would love to get, I told her the mac M4 And today I came back to this I really can't appreciate God enough for giving me a mother like her You may likely not see this but I love you so much mum💝💝

REVENGE on the Boss 🪶👔 Now it's my turn to get a taste of my own medicine. This is the first time I ride my own TICKLE CHAIR and the college intern takes full advantage of PUNISHING the Boss right here in a No Safeword session. Fuck this was a tough one, since the only thing I could do was just endure the barrage of tickling mayhem that College Guy dishes out with the intensity that he's cruelly becoming known for. There's one scene in particular where he goes nonstop on the belly and relentlessly destroys me in the chair for what seemed like an ETERNITY. Using oil and toes tied back, he spares no tool on me and throughout the entire session he makes it his goal to break me. Part 1 drops NEXT WEEK

It’s time to get in the best shape of our lives. Week 1 of cutting, 204lbs. Honestly kinda embarrassing showing my flat, soft, pale self but when we look back in a few months imma be so proud. This was my leg day, every meal and total macros. New YouTube video is live!! Got another dropping tomorrow. Thanks for being apart of the journey with me 🙂i lift 4-5 times a week. Incline walk 30min each session. and on days off I’ll be walking/running 5-8 miles. Might take 1 day off a week. Hip Abductors - 4 Sets/12-15 Reps Calf Raises - 4 Sets/ 12-15 Single Ham Curls - 2 Sets/8-12 Leg Ext - 3 Sets/10-15 Bulg Squats - 2 Sets/8-10 Squats - 3 Sets/5-10 Light Deadlift - 3 Sets/10-12 Hanging Leg Raises - 3 Sets/10-15 #vlog #gym #fitness #explorepage✨ #diet

But here is the thing about learning something new: It’s best not to be too proud and keep and open mind and ear out for constructive criticism A single comment, which I easily could have brushed aside, told me to try to put my thumb on the E string and get my other fingers involved in the picking (known as the PIMA method in Spanish guitar parlance) So yeah it set me back, it was frustrating at first But here I am a week later and better for it Old dogs can learn new tricks. But not proud old dogs Humble yourself and learn something new today
