ROLE MODEL reveals to Rolling Stone that Dakota Johnson is on his song ‘Love I You’ from his new album ‘Chuck Timely & The Hourglass’: “I mean, I had that idea, and I had my vocal kind of sitting alone in that bridge. We had a list of ideas for people. Mason kept bringing up, ‘You know, why doesn’t Dakota do it?’ And I was always like, keeping those things separate is probably good. And one day he convinced her, and I was just like, yeah, let’s try it. And it was amazing. Her voice was perfect on it.”

When we started talking about collaborating with Blake Shelton on the #MemoryLane album, it was a little surreal. But it was also really cool. When he decided to add his voice to "Ain't Got a Worry," we weren't surprised... That’s exactly how Blake lives.

Naz Ried on his name being in the J. Cole track The Fall Off (Incredibly wholesome answer, listen to it all if you can) “That was fire, I had no clue, I didn’t know he knew me. That was crazy, the bar was crazy, I mean especially being a song from the album and it’s really good. If you ask me that’s the best song, not because of my name but you could add that in there… I woke up and a few people told me about it, and I was like what are you talking about. Then I checked out, it’s a good song and I’ve been playing it sense, you know, got to make sure everybody hear it”

Have you ever HEARD what heartbreak sounds like? For years, there was a legend about the only song Prince ever erased. He supposedly went into the studio one night and recorded a 45-minute solo track about his breakup with Susannah Melvoin. When he finished, he told his engineer to do something he’d never done before - erase the tapes. She begged him not to do it because, according to her, it was the most perfect song she’d ever heard. The next day, he recorded a new version of the song and kept adding stuff to it… Drums. Horns. Everything. Then he forgot it. It wasn’t on an album or a single. It was just a song he made. It wasn’t until 2020 when his estate released a shortened version of it. “Wally” Happy birthday to a musical genius.

Madison Beer explains why her standalone single “15 MINUTES” isn’t on ‘locket’: “I love that song, but when I was putting the album together, it just didn’t feel right to me in a weird way. No shade to the song, because it basically opens my show. It just felt too intense, maybe that’s the word. ‘yes baby’ and ‘make you mine’ were enough of that. It could’ve also been on the deluxe, but I was trying not to fill the deluxe tracklist with an old song.”
