Rolls-Royce are keeping the UK at the forefront of Nuclear generation. Keep pushing and hopefully the government will wake up to the benefit to everyone of this clean form efficient electricity generation. Well done Rolls Royce.

The sooner we get these online for the UK the better! We need energy security and the ability to produce pink H2, rather than expensive and unreliable wind that leaves industry insecure and consumers facing poverty. UK politicians need to take note asap @Conservatives @UKLabour

Looks like £460m of funding overall, with £210m from taxpayers Could be a really exciting project

Best of luck to Rolls-Royce. I have been tracking this project for a number of years now.

Great news and backed by a great company that produces world class products

Let’s hope we get a government that invests in our future and not there’s via a backhander

Excellent news. 👍🏆🌟

Great!

Great news, keep up the good work @RollsRoyce! 😊👏👏 #UKMFG

It is a pity that this SMR programme is taking so long to bring to fruition and at such high cost. RR really piling the costs when an SMR could be basically a pair of proven PWR2 reactors bolted to a base
