Madonna explains why she got mad & cried because of Al Pacino's method acting in "Dick Tracy" (1990): "Interviewer: Describe the relationship between the two characters, Breathless and Big Boy. Madonna: I had nothing but contempt for Big Boy. And he would treat me like a bad little girl. He was always slapping me and spanking me. And in terms of being on the set, whenever Al Pacino put his prosthetics on, his suit, he was a gross pig. And heโ€™s not that way in real lifeโ€”heโ€™s very gracious, and well-mannered, and gentlemanly, and sweet... . As Big Boy, he would tell me the dirtiest jokes and suck on his cigar like it was some sort of weird phallic symbol, and just be a pig. He was always smacking my butt and my face. I hated him, I loathed him, I was disgusted with him. And so what happened off-camera was that Iโ€™d always try to be moving away from him, and heโ€™d always grab me and go โ€œGet over here!โ€ which is exactly what happened in the movie. Every time I expressed my distaste for him, he would smack me, which is also what happened in the movie. I got mad. He made me cry sometimes. There was a scene where he kept smacking me in the stomach, and it would sting, and what made me cry was not so much the hit, but the fact that Warren Beatty wouldn't stop. He would just keep going, and I was humiliated. So it worked, because thatโ€™s whatโ€™s happening to Breathlessโ€”sheโ€™s totally humiliated by Big Boy. Interviewer: Did you always stay in character off-camera? Madonna: Yes. I always do, in all my movies." ("Dick Tracy: The Making of the Movie", Mike Bonifer, 1990)

"Let's just say I woke up"... Omoni Oboli I have had enough and want to call you out! ๐Ÿ’” I very much enjoyed "LOVE IN EVERY WORD" cause it tickled my fantasy on how love is hoped or imagined to be... Wonderdul piece and very entertaining with humor. But I watched a movie today, that made me cry so much. I cried so much because unlike every movie that is for entertainment, my life flashed before my eyes, my prayer point exposed on the big screen like it was judgement day. My fears... my fears became my conviction because the unknown became my biggest blessing in an instant. I have been so passionate about the future and how I want to succeed in every aspect of it and I prayed for an ambitious partner in every sense... I always look forward to comparing the present state of a person to their future using the same variables and character if life were to be fast-forwarded(I did so to myself too), and my biggest fear became commitment. But right now, after watching this movie, I just learned to trust my present situation and that of those God has blessed me with. I believe this movie was a msg to my mind and a gospel to my fearful heart. ๐Ÿ’˜ And to my woman, baby, if you get to see this, just know that I appreciate you in every sense and i know tomorrow will be good but better with you in it. Thank you for your care, love, sacrifices, and prayers. Now I know better. God bless you for me.โค๏ธ๐Ÿ™ Watch this movie guys, pls do, you won't regret it.

It sucks to see my art sell for peanuts. Because in a way "my worth" is literally tied to these prices. Like my art is sold on the stock market, next to all these rugs all the bullshit and yet it's sold for pennies on the dollar. Why? I could have done things differently. Obviously my timing was off with the release. Though in hindsight I'm grateful it's out there. I know a large group of you supported me, believed in me, and saw the vision. The vision we have been dreaming off since 2021. The kind of vision that makes normies ask "how do I get this". The vision that only makes sense on the chain. But here we are. A FP going down. And beyond it sucking for my ego. I know it sucks really hard for those who believed in me You supported me. Big time. And yet here we are. Its even more frustrating seeing the things that are happening and going wel. My art being shown at artbasil with NOLCHA and nftmiami with SuperchiefGalleryNFT . An interview with OpenSea Dreams. Big dreams being fulfilled. Some of you found yourself in my art. You will hold forever. Because its you in there. Some of you want to play the collector game. Find how deep it goes. And others , the speculators, sell my art because there's no upside. But who did you sell it to? Ever wondered this? Why can you sell in the first place? There's a group of people, who love it. And they love it so much they'll buy it when they can. Regardless of price. So what's my job? I need to grow this group. And this is where we one up the degens. Because the art is good. The collection is good. Its undeniable. And so its a matter of time. And perseverance. And I happen to have both. Stay breezy. Stay bullish

1:05:11 I finished 1st ๐Ÿฅ‡ on my age group and 5th in the male category. I failed my ambitious goal of sub-60 but I was very happy with my race. And I have a nice goal to chase for the next few months. All the staff at the Hyrox venue knew us! I even talked to the manager of Hyrox Turkey/Dubai/Greece. His name his Mustafa and he let my wife inside the athlete zone to shot videos for our YouTube channel. Itโ€™s my first Hyrox and the energy is insane. Everybody is fit, sexy and topless. Thereโ€™s a DJ and MC so it feels like a gym-club in Bali. No surprise this sport is growing so much! This little experiment is engraved in my head. The last 2 weeks have been surreal. Getting paid $112,000 to race, receiving a fancy car at my hotel lobby, getting recognized by a lot of people, my first raceโ€ฆ so many things to process! I want to thank my sponsors who made this possible: - by Higgsfield AI ๐Ÿงฉ (10 spots!) - by Kelvin Cobanaj - by Kimi - by OrcaRouter ๐Ÿณ - by Peptide Confidential - by John Hu (๐Ÿ‘) I want to thank my wife for always trusting in me and pushing me to try whatever crosses my mind. I want to thank all of you who supported the idea, online and offline. And I want to thank me for believing in myself. I was lost for so long. I felt misunderstood by people thinking I was weird for trying all kind of experiments. In the end I just want to have fun, and Iโ€™m incredibly grateful that my hard work has finally compounded and now I can play and get paid for it. Ok Iโ€™m a bit emotional now, and Iโ€™m getting late for my second race of the day with my wife. This one is just for fun. Woohoo!

It all began with one email from Big Brother Naija and suddenly my life changed forever. From that first message to stepping into the biggest reality TV stage in Africa, I have lived a dream I once only imagined. Words will never truly capture how thankful I am to Big Brother for trusting me with this platform to share my heart, my story, and my talent with the world. I came in as Denis Arinze Ekwenem โ€” quiet, real, misunderstood. I was called boring, I stumbled, I learned, but I also rose, I won, I connected, and I was celebrated. Every single moment shaped me. Every high, every low, every task, every smile, and every tear was worth it because you โ€” my people โ€” were there. To my Oko people, thank you for holding me up with so much love. To the Denarians โ€” my family โ€” you saw me for who I am and you kept me going with your votes, your prayers, your energy, your time, your resources. You made me feel like I belonged to something bigger than the House. I carry you all in my heart forever. This may be the end of my journey inside the Big Brother House, but it is not the end of me. It is only the beginning. I am an all-round entertainer, a football enthusiast ready for collaborations, an event host, an actor, a dreamer who refuses to stop. The boy you watched grow inside those walls has so much more to give outside them. To my fellow housemates still on their journeys โ€” I am rooting for you all, May success meet you where you are. And to Multichoice, Africa Magic, Big Brother Naija and our incredible host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu thank you for believing in me and for changing my life. This is not goodbye, This is not the end. This is Denis Arinze Ekwenem (Denari) stepping into a new chapter โ€” with you all by my side. DENARI THE BRAND #Denari
