3 drills for infielders with limited space. It doesn’t need to be picture perfect! Get moving, work the hands and feet and have some fun with it! For picks, glove foot is out when ball hits. For ground balls, throw the ball on the wall to the right of you.

Fielding is hard labour and on most days it feels like a thankless job. Slogging under the hot sun doing fielding drills after a long batting session a nets might seem meaningless but it isn't. The joy of holding on to the ball after a full-length fearless dive is unparalleled. It brings a smile on the face of the bowler, it lifts the team and makes the stadium atmosphere electric.

Fred Ridley gave perhaps his most strong take yet on supporting golf ball rollback. "As for professional golf, we hold firm in our belief that the greats of the game are defined not merely by how far they hit the ball, but their extraordinary skill in all aspects of the game. Their ability to shape shots, to take on risk, and to execute under pressure is at the heart of championship golf and is best displayed through a full spectrum of shot-making opportunities. "Regulation of the golf ball is not an attempt to turn back time or stifle progress. It is an effort to preserve the essence of what makes golf the great game that it is."

A lot of infielders are scared of the short hop. Great infielders create it! Here are some keys to playing the short hop: 1️⃣ Move your feet The closer your glove is to the ball, the less that can go wrong. Move your feet to catch the ball as close to the ground as possible 2️⃣ Play from the ground up Playing under the ball softens our hands and allows us to play through it 3️⃣ Practice away from the field To get really good at fielding (or anything) you need to put in hours and hours of practice. There is not enough team practice time to get in the reps you need to play at a high level. You must take what you learned at practice and work on it at your house. The garage, basement, driveway, or backyard. Reps build trust. 4️⃣ Someone is always working It’s a big world. If you aren’t consistently sharpening your game, someone else is.

This might might be one of the best runs of Pulisic's 🇺🇸career. The half-turn under pressure, the burst of pace to reach the ball before it goes out, evades the tackle and puts it on a platter for Saelemaekers

Call on the field is catch. Looks like his right hand is under the ball. Not sure the ball moves when it touches the ground. Can’t see how they turned that call over.

The Atherstone Ball Game is one of the most bonkers sports events on the planet. In essence, it involves English lads fighting, often literally, over a massive leather ball. It took place yesterday for the 824th time and I went to see the madness unfold.
