If you are not doing leg curls BEFORE your heavy quad movement, you are acting a fool (again) Why? 1. Warms up the knees 2. Gets some blood in the hams and almost acts as a spring out of a deep squat/hack/leg press, etc. If you haven't already, give it a shot your next leg day, and you'll never go back. These should be hard, working sets of leg curls

These people are SICK! 1. I don't agree w libertarians on 80% of things. 2. I sure as heck don't agree w progressives on 70% or "almost all the time". 3. I'm not at all in favor of "burning it all down" to form a "bipartisan" coalition with any of them. 4. Grievance, hatred and anger against America are not a plan, and any movement built upon this foundation will never succeed. Especially when it's built upon lies. 5. I love America. Take your fake "America First" movement and shove it. MAGA 🇺🇸
