Album is out, I’ve waited so long to share these last few years of my life with you The first song was written a little over two years ago at a really low point in my life. I had absolutely no idea what this album would sound like or if I had the energy to write it at all. The last song was written in the fall of 2025 with the most amazing team by my side and a love for music I haven’t felt since before everything all popped off for the first time. I think when you dedicate your life to something you can lose yourself in the day to day stuff and forget why you chose it to begin with. I love telling stories and sharing myself with you. I love music and how it’s allowed me to meet the most interesting people and see the most wonderful things in our world. Always be curious and never stop learning. Open yourself up to new people and experiences as much as you can. Talk to everyone and never assume anything. In a way this feels like the first time ive ever released music though that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Thank you to the fans who have been around since the beginning, or since the ride era finished and I had to take a little time to figure out what was next, or those of you who have found me because of this new stuff. I love the shit out of you. Thank you. Thank you to my team, Darian, Joe, Mark and Tyler, Garrett, Tommy, Aimee, David and matt at Hard8, Soran, Bailey, Max, Andy, Andrew, Katie, Tano, Greg, Lily and Lili, Kristin, Jalen, Tsutai, Glen, Mikelle, Michelle, Ryan and Adam, Polis and Scott, my parents and my family, my wonderful band and touring team. Thank you to the people I am undoubtedly forgetting. The point is while it’s my name on the album, dozens of people worked their asses off to bring this project to your ears. I love and appreciate every single one of them.

I want to start by saying I’m sorry. Everything below is for context and my personal feelings. I feel like I let everyone down. I made that post so anyone who saw the situation and disagreed with the chatter could simply block or report them on their own. It was also an apology to my community members who were in chat at the time. I never want to encourage or influence hate toward any viewer, VTuber, or content creator that’s the opposite of what I stand for. I also didn’t want to accidentally platform or connect people who might share that mindset. Anyone who has spent even a moment in my stream or community knows I work hard to keep it calm and cozy. My community is full of hardworking people who just want a soft place to land after a long day. I don’t normally get much traffic from Twitch (I assume this user was scrolling when they found me). Most people discover me through the wholesome content I post elsewhere. As I said in the original post, we were literally talking about cookies. I didn’t recognize what their username meant at first, and I was also Googling hotfixes for a game I was trying to launch while managing multiple conversations. I was just trying to play Plants vs. Zombies. It all happened in a moment I wasn’t prepared for. I am truly and undeniably sorry. I didn’t mean any harm. I genuinely turn my brain off while streaming to better manage my severe anxiety. I’m not someone who is on alert or looking for these kinds of messages it’s just exhausting. I just want to continue being a low tier shapeshifter and plushy collector. I’ve attached a clip of my moment of realization in the hope it helps you understand that my mind was miles away from what the chatter was hinting at. (You can literally see the moment my brain locked in.) I apologized and moved on so they wouldn’t get the satisfaction of ruining my stream or my community’s vibe.

Personally, I suck at efficiency (doing things quickly). Here’s my coping mechanism and 8-step process for maximizing efficacy (doing the right things): 1) Wake up at least 1 hour before you have to be at a computer screen. E-mail is the mind killer. 2) Make a cup of tea (I like pu-erh) and sit down with a pen/pencil and paper. 3) Write down the 3-5 things — and no more — that are making you most anxious or uncomfortable. They’re often things that have been punted from one day’s to-do list to the next, to the next, to the next, and so on. Most important usually = most uncomfortable, with some chance of rejection or conflict. 4) For each item, ask yourself: – “If this were the only thing I accomplished today, would I be satisfied with my day?” – “Will moving this forward make all the other to-do’s unimportant or easier to knock off later?” 5) Look only at the items you’ve answered “yes” to for at least one of these questions. 6) Block out at least 2-3 hours to focus on ONE of them for today. Let the rest of the urgent but less important stuff slide. It will still be there tomorrow. 7) TO BE CLEAR: Block out at least 2-3 HOURS to focus on ONE of them for today. This is ONE BLOCK OF TIME. Cobbling together 10 minutes here and there to add up to 120 minutes does not work. 8) If you get distracted or start procrastinating, don’t freak out and downward spiral; just gently come back to your ONE to-do. Congratulations! That’s it.

JOONGDUNK PRAEW PODCAST #DearMyselfxJoongDunk the first photo : “from the day that kid had to survive on his own” —— 🌞be called the last one i took with my dad before his father passed away. at that time i never expected it would happen. during COVID i was in China to compete in a survival show having decided to leave and sacrifice everything i had in Thailand to go there. but the pandemic hit the show couldn’t be filmed and i was left with only about 50,000B in my account — everything i had. when i returned to Thailand i felt completely lost not knowing what job to do or where to go. acting singing — everything seemed uncertain and nothing could move forward because of COVID. not long after that my dad passed away. it’s been about 6 years since then 🌞the reason i chose this photo is because it truly was a turning point in my life. everything felt like it had exploded — like i was completely cornered with no way out. so i had to struggle, do everything i could just to survive. and it wasn’t only me who had to survive but my whole family too. i still have my mom, three younger sisters and brothers who are in Turkey. that’s why i had to do everything to make sure my people could survive. it felt like every door in my life had completely shut every single one. so i had no choice but to search for new doors. luckily during COVID, many new doors eventually opened for me. honestly, in the days when those doors hadn’t opened yet, did i ever think this might not be the right path? no! not at all. i just felt that this was the path i was good at — and also the one i loved. i had already experienced what it felt like to be here and i truly liked it. i got to do so many things — dancing, acting, going to international fan meetings. it made me feel like… once you keep getting on stage, you start craving it. you crave the stage, the screams from the crowd, singing together with fans. it’s a completely different feeling. hearing their voices—it’s indescribable. back then, what I wanted was simply… i don’t even know exactly what it was but i wanted to see myself on stage, singing, with people singing along with me. And i realized i truly loved that feeling. that’s why i knew this was my path. 🌞because when i was younger, i used to love singing in the bathroom. and. my father… was the only person in the house who would knock on the bathroom door and say “stop singing everyone else in the neighborhood can hear you already” 🌞this was back when i was living at Eason Blue. basically the bathrooms in that house were connected. it was like a family apartment: upstairs was one relative’s place, downstairs was another, and our home was in the middle. so everyone could hear everything. my dad was worried that my voice would disturb the neighbors, so even in the bathroom or in my own room i wasn’t really allowed to sing. instead, i would go sing at school. simply put, my dad didn’t really support me much when it came to singing. he just didn’t see what this kid could become, or where singing could take me. and honestly, back then, i couldn’t see it myself either—i never imagined that one day i’d get to sing this much : nd now that you’re about to have a fan concert, where you can fully perform and sing… your dad must finally get to see it somewhere right? 🌞but in the end he didn’t get to see it. Maybe he’s listening from above

Steph Curry’s favorite draft night memory was how loud New York fans booed when Golden State selected him at No. 7: “Well fun fact, not fun fact, horrible fact. That day was the day Michael Jackson passed away — June 25th, 2009. So I heard Jeff Teague tell this story on his pod the other day because we were in the same draft class, but it was my dad’s birthday, it was the day Michael Jackson passed. In New York, it was just the idea of being in the city getting dressed like, I did the old, it was like the premature ‘Get Ready With Me’ situations. When I had on my fit with a little purple tie, nervous is all I get out. But one, I didn’t know how long the night was going to be. And so you’re there for 2 hours before David Stern, at the time the commissioner, before he even walked out. And so, there were a lot of fans in there, a lot of New York fans, which is pretty awesome. My favorite moment is how loud they booed when Golden State selected me at No. 7. They booed like crazy and I’m trying to have that moment, but I couldn’t get that distraction out of my head. It’s like, ‘Are they booing?’ I was like, ‘Oh, no, they really wanted me. I got it. That took me a second.’ In that moment, there’s just so many thoughts going on. But getting that call from Larry Riley, the GM at the time, Don Nelson, who was the coach at the time. Getting that call and being like, ‘Hey, we’re looking forward to having you. I’m excited.’ And then me quickly looking at my phone trying to figure out exactly where Golden State was. It was like all I was thinking about was New York. But careful what you wish for. And I’m glad it went my way for sure.” (via Fudd Around and Find Out)

"Insanely yours, Durandal." To celebrate Marathon's launch, I made a thing. I hope you like it. 🤙🏼 Marathon was my whole identity growing up. Some of my favorite memories of playing games with my Dad. I have a marble notebook (do people still use those?) that 2nd grade me filled cover to cover with a fan fic about my best friends and I being isekai'd up to the Marathon to fight the Pfhor and save the world. I drew the Marathon symbol on every piece of homework I ever turned in. I tried to learn Warhammer 40k so I could play Tau just because their symbol looked like the Marathon logo. I might have been a little obsessed. I can't express how important this IP is to me. And while I'm a sad that extraction shooters aren't really my thing, so my ability to enjoy it is limited, I care so much about seeing this title succeed, so that more people can fall in love with the thing that captured my imagination as a kid. And who knows, so that maybe I can find my way into it some day. Anyway, I wanted to pay tribute to one of my favorite characters – Durandal – with a reading from your first encounter with him in the original game. We kind of threw this together overnight, so apologies if it's rough around the edges. - So much love to Mr. Fox 🔜 Offkai for his amazing audio work. - Footage from a number of Marathon docu-videos and one or two cinematics. - Music from the game. - Love and begging forgiveness of the Bungie team. - All voice work is my own.
