Round Start Animations (2-0)

Almost feels like an oversight that Hwoarang, Jin, Bryan and others don't have one of these, as well as Paul and Hwo still having the legacy ki charge anims

Fun fact: Dragunov is the only character who doesn't have any round start animations except for the very first round (0-0). Though personally I do wish everyone has a final round animation (2-2).

I feel like this and 0 - 2 and 2-2 [Final Round] should have been universal for the whole cast. It really annoys me that a majority of the females in the cast only have an animation for when down 0 - 2 and nothing else. So much wasted potential here.

@Tzi10 In Tekken 7 Lei Wulong is the only one who has an initial animation only when he fights against Heihachi and Devil Kazumi in the arcade mode

I wish you could choose to do these animations before whichever round you wanted if you won the previous round. Could be toxic, but also could be cool too.
