💔💔COBB COUNTY, GA💔💔💔 FROM FB: Today, while volunteering at the shelter and walking my row of dogs, I noticed a different dog in another row sitting quietly in the corner of her kennel… shaking and trying to make herself as small as possible. I looked at her kennel card and learned her name was Hazel and she had just been surrendered yesterday . 😭💔 I decided to go sit with her, hoping I could make her day just a little bit better. Little did I know… she would be the one making mine.🥹 Hazel was terrified and unsure of everyone around her. But little by little, she found the courage to take one step… then another… until she came over, kissed my face, and reminded me just how sweet she truly is. I later learned that Hazel was surrendered because the family cat repeatedly attacked her. 🥺 And through no fault of her own, she lost the only home she knew. Hazel is only 2 years old. She’s dog-friendly, good with kids, housebroken, and crate-trained. She has so much love to give, yet tonight she’s sleeping in a shelter kennel instead of a home. I spent a long time with her today, holding her close and reminding her that she is a good girl… that she is loved, that she is seen, and that someone still cares about her. Before I closed her kennel door, I made Hazel a promise.. I promised her I would share her story with the world. And I told her that I have an incredible village of people who always show up when a dog needs them most. Now I’m asking that village for one more favor. Kimberlee drove 5 hours to meet her. By the end of the day Ruby wasn’t staring through kennel bars anymore. Bonita arrived a scared girl but even after three months she’s showing no improvement 😞 Infact she may have gone backwards. The kennels is a struggle for her but we know in a home with other dogs she will come around quickly. She wants to, she just can’t and is struggling. She’s 5yrs old. Will you share? 🎉 Update: Lexi is now safe! ❤️🐶 Just a few days ago, she was on the euthanasia list and extremely scared in her kennel. Today, she has been given a second chance at life. 🙏 After meeting her up close, Lexi turned out to be incredibly loving and did well with other dogs too. Every animal deserves a chance, and Lexi finally got hers. ❤️

One of the first women that Rachelle met in the clubs had never interacted with a Christian. This woman grew up in extreme poverty, extreme abuse, and her family was in a cult. When she turned 18, they not only sold her to an older man, but also forced her to go into the strip club. When Rachelle met her, she was 18 years old and had no idea that there was kindness in the world. Rachelle began getting to know her and showing up in small ways. She shared with Rachelle how she didn't have food for her daughter. Rachelle would show up with food and eventually, this led her to come to church with her. She ended up giving her life to the Lord after a few times of attending church. However, that next week, she was back in the club. Rachelle said she immediately, as soon as she saw her, dropped to the floor and covered herself. She asked, "Are you okay? Like, what's going on?" The women responded, "For the first time, I actually feel naked." That day, she walked out of the clubs and left. Rachelle and her team helped her get into a transitional living program with her daughter and she is now a licensed counselor at a drug treatment facility—walking alongside other women who have similar stories.

Lady narrates how she left home dressing all nice going to a friend’s proposal to using rapper to cover herself at Agege. According to the lady, her friend’s fiancée invited her to the proposal because her friend was not aware of the proposal. So she left her house to the park to enter bus from to Agege and from Agege to her destination. She enter a bus like a small bus, she wanted to sit in the front but people were there already so she had to sit on the next sir behind the driver and a young lady with two kids, backing one and lapping the other one who is about 8 years old. 4 Minutes after the journey started she suddenly she felt something warm on her head only to find out that the little boy sitting behind her already vømitted on her head. According to the lady, her friend’s fiancée invited her to the proposal because her friend was not aware of the proposal. So she left her house to the park to enter bus from to Agege and from Agege to her destination. She enter a bus like a small bus, she wanted to sit in the front but people were there already so she had to sit on the next sir behind the driver and a young lady with two kids, backing one and lapping the other one who is about 8 years old. 4 Minutes after the journey started she suddenly she felt something warm on her head only to find out that the little boy sitting behind her already vømitted on her head. The driver had to park everyone alighted at their destination and it was just her, the mother and the driver. She just sat there crying that everyone was questioning her if she was robbed or something then she later stood up to go meet a woman across then the woman asked her to go to a store after she explained everything to her then later asked someone to come call her back. The woman described another place for her and when she got there she was crying so everyone was questioning her while some were running from her because of the vömit on her. Then some women gathered around her and cleaned her up. She got herself clothes to cover up and ordered a ride which took her to the destination. All dressed nice without looking like anything just happened. She really went through a lot in one night😧💔

This woman was cleaning up her 5 year old daughter’s room while she was spending time at her dad’s house. She finds a little container that has money in it, she counts it all up and it was $247. She claims she doesn’t know where her daughter got the money from, considering she visits her father often, it’s easy to think that her father gave it to her, either way the mom is trying to justify a 5 year old having money and wants to take it. Would it be justified for the mom to take it since she’s primarily raising her?

This is Cindy Crawford. She is a street dog that lives between a 7-11 and some restaurants. She is well known and everybody in the area feeds her. When I spotted her this morning she had given up and I had to lift her off her dangerous position with a kind Thai lady. You could quickly see that this was more serious than just an overfed dog. She’s losing all her fur and it’ll be gone in a week or two. She is riddled with parasites and she is 43kg / 90 Lbs when she should be half that at the very most. She seems to only be about 5 years old. Despite lots of locals and tourists feeding her she is clearly a very sick dog who needs special treatment. That has now started. She can hardly walk 10 yards and she had trouble standing up on her little legs. My dream is to see her running after the moped one day in the future with the other dogs full of energy. It might take a while but we’ll get you there Cindy Crawford. You were down but not out.

Bear is around 18mths old and needs a home ❤️ She was rescued from the streets and always stayed close to the centre as the volunteers fed her. She’s extremely loyal. She is a great communicator with other dogs but seems to prefer playing with the boys. She’s also good with females but more tolerance with shenanigans with the boys 😂 She’s a big strong loyal girl… will you share? She’s not too happy in kennels 😔
