A Ukrainian drone crashed in the Kastre Rural Municipality of southeastern Estonia as they were flying to attack Russia's Ust-Luga Port. Locals reported the sound of a drone over their houses, before explosions. Additionally, during the night, air alerts were issued for Parnu in western Estonia, around 180 km from the Russian border. Ukrainian drones have now crashed in NATO territory during 4 out of the 5 Ukrainian attacks on Russia's Baltic Sea Ports. This is additional evidence that some Ukrainian drones are utilising NATO airspace during their flight paths to evade Russian air defence.

The Ukrainian 14th Army Corps claimed that they still control Pokrovka in Sumy Oblast, indirectly calling Deepstate a Russian propaganda outlet by stating they are "completely debunking another lie from Russian propaganda about the supposed 'seizure' of this territory." Their "proof" for debunking this so-called Russian propaganda is what appears to be a drone-dropped flag on a water tower with no Ukrainian soldiers in sight... There have been many instances of official Ukrainian military accounts contradicting Deepstate's reports, which on its own already skews their reporting in favour of Ukraine.

The facility is part of Russia's State Reserve system (Rosrezerv). It is a classified, strategic, and heavily guarded site used for the long-term storage of state fuel reserves.
