In response to Putin and Trump meeting for negotiations without him, Zelensky runs to NBC News and says he “will never accept any decisions between the United States and Russia about Ukraine”. Spoiler alert… yes he will. Zelensky will do exactly what he is told, because he does not have a choice. His security relies 100% on US funding. When Trump and Putin come to a deal, if Zelensky refuses, then the funding will be shut off, Ukraine will collapse, and Putin will take what he wants anyways. Zelensky has no say in the matter. He is a dead man walking.

This will force Zelensky to stop playing games and come to the negotiating table ready for peace, or Trump will just let the situation be, no more funding for Ukraine, and Russia will overwhelm them. Either Zelensky does what Trump says, or Trump will let Putin kill him. Simple as that. US Vice President J.D. Vance made a sharp statement warning Russia that it will be "very bad" for them if they do not actively engage in "good-faith" negotiations on Ukraine. According to Vance, Trump believes the conflict harms everyone – Russia, Ukraine, and America – and is dissatisfied that Russia allegedly is not sufficiently committed to a peaceful resolution.
