I'm honestly impressed the soviets went through all that trouble to add a "safety" feature to this machine. Although those 6 rejected rotor blades don't seem that safe does it..

Just pray the detonation squence is wired in the right order. Nothing like being pulled by rockets into rotating blades.

Good imagination involving ejection. If its true then too mamy things to get it right @ Yank the handle, cutting of blades , pulling ejection and eject..Ejection seats are cleared for what height/ speed combination, what has been successfully rate, then parachute must deploy...
