Dr. Malmgren on Greenland: "Greenland is in the GIUK gap where you can track Russian submarines and potential ICBM trajectories." Interestingly enough, since 1951, the US has treaty obligations that already allow us to operate in the GIUK gap. SO WHAT MORE DOES TRUMP NEED?

🚨🇷🇺OCEANIC SHIELD: RUSSIA'S DOOMSDAY TORPEDO IS NOW AT SEA The Russian Navy has launched its most secretive and strategic submarine yet — RFS Khabarovsk — a nuclear-powered special-purpose vessel built for one mission only: to carry and deploy Poseidon (Status-6) nuclear torpedoes. What is Poseidon? 🔸A nuclear-powered, autonomous underwater torpedo 🔸Estimated range: up to 6,200 miles — intercontinental 🔸Capable of carrying a 2-megaton nuclear warhead — 100x more destructive than the Hiroshima bomb 🔸Runs at depths and speeds that make interception extremely difficult Putin himself confirmed its successful test in October 2025, calling it "a huge success" and saying "there is nothing like this” Khabarovsk — Poseidon's carrier: 🔸A nuclear-powered special-purpose submarine, quietly launched by the Russian Navy 🔸Designed to carry up to 6 Poseidon torpedoes in specialized side-mounted launch hangars 🔸Powered by a single OK-650V nuclear reactor 🔸Operates from protected bastion zones near Russian coastlines — safely out of enemy reach — while Poseidon autonomously travels to its target 🔸No countermeasure exists to intercept it Poseidon is Moscow's direct hedge against US missile defense, precision-strike capabilities, and low-yield nuclear systems that Russia views as a threat to strategic stability. Integrated with the Perimeter dead-hand system, Poseidon guarantees retaliation even if Russia's nuclear command and control is destroyed. Russia's plan, according to the US Naval Institute, calls for 30 Poseidons on 4 submarines — 2 for the Northern Fleet, 2 for the Pacific Fleet — with torpedoes in the Atlantic and Pacific capable of autonomously striking US port cities, far beyond the effective reach of any American torpedo. Multipurpose Deterrent — Poseidon is dual-capable, conventional or nuclear, and built to strike carrier battle groups, coastal fortifications, and critical infrastructure. The US has no standoff weapon to intercept Poseidon. The Navy retired Subroc in 1992 — its only long-range anti-submarine missile. Its replacement, Sea Lance, was canceled at the Cold War's end and never replaced.

🚨 BREAKING: THE ARCTIC POWER SHIFT HAS BEGUN Marco Rubio is walking into meetings with Denmark and Greenland RIGHT NOW — not for diplomacy theater, but because President Trump is moving to secure Greenland for the United States. This isn’t a land grab. This is geopolitical survival. Greenland sits on the front line of the Arctic battlefield — the shortest route for Russian submarines, Chinese hypersonics, and the next great resource war. Whoever controls it controls the northern gateway to North America. Trump isn’t asking. He’s acting. The Western Hemisphere is being reclaimed. The Arctic is being locked down. And history is being written in real time. Greenland is no longer a frozen island. It is the keystone of global power.

There's no other way to describe it - Trump is insane. Greenland's defense literally consists of two dog sleds. Do you understand? Do you know what their defense is like? Two dog sleds—Trump. „Meanwhile, you have Russian and Chinese destroyers and submarines scattered across the sea. We will not allow this to happen. I mean, if it affects NATO, then so be it. But they need us far more than we need them.“ - Trump. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 The Scandinavians refuted Trump's claim that the waters around Greenland are supposedly "overcrowded" with Russian and Chinese ships — FT According to diplomats from Scandinavian countries with access to NATO intelligence, no ships or submarines belonging to the Russian Federation or the People's Republic of China have been detected near Greenland in recent years. They confirmed that while Russia and China do have activities in the Arctic, they are not active in the Greenland region—Russian submarines operate primarily near Norway and the Barents Sea. The FT points out that Trump is using the issue of the "threat" posed by Russia and China as one of the arguments for bringing Greenland under US control.

Zelenskyy on russian fleet near Greenland: "If Russian warships are sailing freely around Greenland, Ukraine can help. We have the expertise and weapons to ensure not one of those ships remains. They can SINK near Greenland, just as they do near Crimea." There's a whole graveyard of destroyed Russian ships in the Black Sea.

The Russian ambassador to the UK flames a British journalist asking him about Trump and Greenland. "If Western leaders say the people of Greenland can decide where they belong, why can't the people of Crimea?"

🚨 IN FULL: The UK operation to expose Russian submarines spying on UK undersea cables - The UK and its allies spent more than a month tracking a Russian Akula attack submarine and two Gugi spy submarines in the North Atlantic before they retreated - These submarines were monitored 24/7 by a UK warship and aircraft and "have now left UK waters” - The UK says the Akula attack submarine was "a likely decoy to distract" from the two Gugi submarines as they spent time over "critical infrastructure relevant to us and our allies" - No evidence "that there has been any damage" to UK cables and pipelines - Addressing Vladimir Putin, Defence Secretary John Healey said: "We see your activity over our cables and our pipelines, and you should know that any attempt to damage them will not be tolerated and will have serious consequences"

NATO officials warn that Russian nuclear-armed submarines operating in the Arctic and High North is a growing security challenge to Europe and the U.S. With Moscow’s largest naval base located on the Kola Peninsula near Norway's border, access to the Atlantic is a critical concern.

🇷🇺 Russian autonomous nuclear torpedo Poseidon, with a nuclear warhead with up to 100 megatons and it travels up to 10,000 km. The Russian nuclear doctrine lowered the threshold today, this is one of the things to it applies to. One could take out Britain, so let’s hope nothing like that ever will be used or triggered.

‼️🇷🇺 Yesterday, President Vladimir Putin threatened Europe over the seizure of Russian vessels. 🇸🇪 Today, a Swedish fighter jet was pictured monitoring a Russian submarine in the Kattegat. European forces are keeping a close watch on Russian submarine activity in the region. Tracking and monitoring Russian submarines is a key part of European maritime security, and Sweden has shown that it is prepared to keep a close eye on them. Russian submarines may be difficult to detect, but for modern European naval and air forces, tracking them is far from impossible. Europe should remain vigilant and continue strengthening its ability to monitor and respond to threats.

Greenland isn’t about minerals — it’s about control. Sitting between North America and Europe, Greenland anchors the GIUK Gap, the Arctic gateway Russia and China must cross to reach the Atlantic. It’s also where United States gets its earliest warning of ballistic and hypersonic missile launches from the Arctic. Seconds matter in nuclear strategy — and Greenland provides them. As Arctic ice melts, new sea routes bypass NATO chokepoints, raising the stakes even higher. Control Greenland, and you control early warning, Arctic access, and Atlantic denial. Minerals are optional. Geography is decisive.
