Russians are surrendering in occupied Ukraine after hearing Ukrainian drones equipped with loudspeakers giving them instructions to surrender.

There is hardly anything more idiotic in warfare than treating prisoners of war badly. Because, of course, this strengthens the enemy's will to fight literally to the last bullet. Russia, however, not only treats prisoners of war badly, but with completely undisciplined brutality. It is a testament to the military wisdom of the Ukrainians not to allow themselves to be provoked by this. By now, word must have gotten around to all Russian soldiers that the Ukrainians do not repay like with like and that the Russian soldier has nothing to fear if he surrenders.

Russian soldiers know that they will be treated better as captives in Ukraine than as deserters in Russia.

Putin said he sent the Russian army to Ukraine to liberate them from a fascist government. Talk about projection. The Ukranian army is liberating Russians from a fascist government from **inside** Russia. Yeah, muhfckr. #SlavaUkraini

That POW will get far better treatment from Ukraine than his own officers gave him.

It's good that they've figured out that it's better to give up than die for Putin for nothing.

I have a strong believe and impression that Putin’s era started with Kursk and it will end with Kursk 🤔

This is military perfection. No loss of ammunition, no wasted fuel, no casualties, with a gain of prisoners for interrogation & exchange, and gained ground.

No motivation.. The Russians are fighting for nothing.
