It also confirms that Ross shot Good in the face with one hand while filming her with his smart phone in the other hand. And no, he wasn't hit by the vehicle. That sound you hear is his gun shooting.

The person who used the brick to strike the vicious blow, was another Thai woman who had been watching the whole incident. She opened his head up, then casually walked away.
