Universal Basic Compute won't pay our mortgages after @OpenAI destroys most of our jobs.

@OpenAI I think the allocation of compute preserves autonomy and competition, and imposes a responsibility on people to use it to earn their livelihood

And so we sell our compute allocation to pay our rent?

Sure, or use it to create something of value that can be sold at a higher rate

So it's UBI with extra steps, because the UBI holder would still have to figure out how to make that raw compute into profit to use for livelihood resources

This video is honestly deranged. We’re getting Michael Saylor “there is no second best” energy. The camera shake combined with the ultra close up of Sam’s dissociated panicked talking about universal basic compute (lol!) is literally terrifying.

I can't pay my bills with local computing power. No thanks, I'll take the UBI please.
