Been saying this from the beginning... universal basic income will NEVER happen. Its the lie the rich feed the poor to get them to accept AI growth. Its the lie they use to get jobs replaced/removed, laws passed, and land secured. It will NEVER happen.
A check keeps people alive. Ownership gives people a reason to build. The real question of the AI era isn’t how do we redistribute output it’s how do we distribute agency. Whoever gives people stake, identity, and participation in the intelligence they help create will define the next economic system.
