I am so utterly sorry. I know everyone wants the prez happy cross the pond, but.. really? It’s complete bs, or dancing around the pudding. If you wanted smth neutral, and find artificial to be too weak, or too “artificial”, just call it digital intelligence. Binary intelligence. Computer intelligence. Silicon intelligence, heck could even call it silicon souls, if that’s your rub. But “super” is insufficient so many ways. Starting with propositional logic. Super is short for superior. Superior to what? Us? Humanity? It’s like a default blank cheque of accepting inferiority, giving up your agency and so forth. Super weird.

If you have intelligence per parameter on your laptop, it’s the same thing So, two orders of magnitude... that’s just algorithmic improvement using the same computer And the computers are getting better and bigger. They’re getting better, and the budgets are getting bigger So that’s why I think it is like a 10x improvement per year a thousand percent. And that’s going to happen for the foreseeable future
