If you were testing to see how many people you could aggravate by insinuating you were about to put the better options on the left and the more caloric options on the right but then not doing that. Feel free to add to me to the list of people genuinely pissed off by this.

Eggs are the best overall protein and healthy food source.

Well for starters, tofu and granola are not complete proteins. Then consider the bio-availability of each of those foods. Then, the additional nutrition in each.

The yogurt has all essential aminos as well as does the cheese.

This is nuts, no pun intended. Don’t treat more calories as bad to your body.

@CadioArena Personally I would prefer small quantities of all the vegetarian options (the eggs from pasture raised hens) to include their non protein benefits, such as the Omega 3s, vitamin E, prebiotics, blood sugar stabilizing and bad cholesterol fighting mixed nuts—cf Walmarts small bags.

It would of been so much better if they would leave the stats up next to each food group for a proper comparison. Like we can keep up with what she is saying and make sense of it on a 45 sec vid.

The vegetables proteins may not contain the full complement of 19 essential amino acids which the eggs and tuna do have.
