Sounds like the surrogate is also the victim. I don’t understand why she can’t keep them. The parents abandoned them.

We should not allow American citizens to give birth to children and send them overseas. Obviously they're doing it to make these kids american citizens, birthright citizens.. I don't care if they're not the biological parents. As far as I'm concerned, the guy abandoned these children, and she should have every right to keep them. She's raised them for a year and half. He should lose all parental rights.. It should be completely illegal to hire people In america to have children for you overseas... And why would a single man want three children?

What person/professional expert thinks it would be a mentally and emotionally "good" decision to take these boys away from the only mother they have known never to see her again and given to some strange man in an unfamiliar enviornment. This is child abuse. Shameful!!!

Did the contract say there was a never-ending date of when he picked them up? Was she supposed to raise them until they were 5, 10... ? Why didn't he pay a chinese woman 85k to do this?

Do not give those children to those two gay men. They will sexually abuse all three of those children. This is a major red flag!

What could possibly go wrong? A lot. Children aren’t pets to be purchased. And in the legalistic cases of surrogacy, they become products to be run through a quality control process that determines if they live or die. Even worse, they become property outside the natural order.

I would be more worried about human trafficking? Waiting until 2 years of age?? If he doesn’t want to see them after they are born?? 🙏🙏🙏 that she keeps them!!

Why would someone in China pay someone in America to do this vs a woman from China 🤔

China has a nasty underground organ trade. Why is a single man in China doing this and all this shifty stuff? Judge needs to dig a lot deeper into what the intention is here, and jut let her keep these kids who are going to be in danger.

An attorney dealing with surrogates has never seen an intended parent abandon their surrogate child? LOL this happens ALL THE TIME! Kids get abandoned for genetic conditions and even if they wanted to force termination and the gestating mother doesn’t. She either hasn’t been a lawyer long enough or she’s not paying attention if she’s never seen this happen.

Why would they take the babies and put them in “protective custody”, they should’ve left them with their parents!! That mystery man clearly doesn’t want those kids.

I don’t trust that the so-called father isn’t a trafficker. I would fight to keep those babies too, she would never be able to live with herself if she didn’t fight and later learned awful things happened to them.

Under no circumstances should these American children be ripped from their mom & sent to China.

Just this week I read there was a gay couple that hired a surrogate in Canada(they do this there because of Canada paying for the pregnancy, delivery, etc). During an exam it was discovered that the baby had a cleft pallet. The "parents" wanted the surrogate to abort the baby due to that. She refused and had the baby, which the couple have been raising. But now they are suing her for 600k due to the emotional trauma.

Translation: SHE WANTED CASH W/O WORKING Chinese man testing waters to hv American babies as spies later in their lives. Summary: FRAUD ON BOTH PARTIES

Oooh, of course there’s not a single red flag here. A single man from China wants 3 babies, willing to pay $85,000 for them, & doesn’t even have a visa? I’m just as concerned about the agency that approved the application.

Surrogacy should be illegal.

Unless she is the bio mom, she doesn't have a leg to stand on.
