Good prototype, but this is not nearly high enough fidelity - plus you're lacking what is the most important aspects for touch when lifting objects: Precise measurement of "sideways pressure", a.k.a. How much frictional force is applied by the fingers.

now the machine revolutionaries of the future uprisings can feel the skin texture of throats with their sensitive fingers when they begin to choke their former human owners (lol; jk; this was a low-hanging fruit & easy prey joke; it's nice to see new interaction designs)
