This is incredibly bad advice. Cleaning hands is one of the most effective methods of reducing the transferring of disease known. Your Biome is fully intact on the whole rest of your body after you sanitize your hands. Killing pathogens on your hands before they touch your mouth or eyes is the only way to prevent that route of infection. Surgeon wash prodigiously Washing your hands before eating. Hospitals sanitizing everything from instruments and tools to doorknobs. Dentists wearing gloves. Sanitizing your hands after using the bathroom. These have been proven to be effective methods of reducing infections for hundreds of years.
